Welcome to Las Palomas Villas, your tropical retreat in Puerto Viejo. This family-operated, professional establishment offers four villas nestled within lush tropical gardens. The property features a swimming pool and a tranquil deck ideal for yoga and relaxation. Guests benefit from personalized service provided by an on-site concierge, secure parking, and daily housekeeping. The villas are conveniently located within walking distance of beaches and local dining options.
Please note that children aged 7 and older are welcome.
The Space
This reservation includes two fully equipped villas, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: Villa Aliblanca and Villa Rojiza. Both villas share a similar layout, with Villa Aliblanca being fully handicap accessible.
Each villa offers:
- An open-concept main living area that connects with the surrounding environment while being fully screened for comfort. Sliding screened doors can be opened to blend indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.
- A spacious wrap-around deck featuring hammocks perfect for relaxation.
- Ceiling fans to maintain a cool atmosphere throughout most days.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- Bedrooms that are fully enclosed and air-conditioned, each with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, television, and large bathrooms.
- A main bedroom that includes a safe and an en suite bathroom.
- A second bathroom located off the main living area, adjacent to the second bedroom.
- King-size beds that can be separated to provide flexible sleeping arrangements.
- Fiber-optic Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.
- Access to a shared swimming pool area, which includes an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and space designated for yoga. This area is shared among all four villas on the property.
Guest Access
- The on-site concierge will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your arrival time.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to their villa and given a brief orientation covering the villa and surrounding areas.
Additional Information
The pool and outdoor lounge area are communal spaces shared by all guests staying at the property.

An excellent location, the design of the villas is super comfortable bathrooms and comfortable rooms as well. Would definitely come back.

Very beautiful setting. Clean. No grill. One refrigerator did not work well. No ice trays.

The place is super nice and comfortable, it is located in a more remote place but close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff girls were always very friendly and efficient.

The grounds of this place are beautiful, lush landscaping and a sparkling pool. There are several houses that all share the pool, and plants that surround it are out of Jurassic park. the toucans and parrots come early in the morning to sit in the trees and chat up the residents. We also heard from howler monkeys. The place itself was impeccably clean, the main living area was beautifully done with wood and screens. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials. The owner and caretaker were very responsive to all my questions and needs. Communication was good. The bathrooms have good hot water and are modern and well appointed. Super soft towels. Great neighborhood, lots of awesome restaurants with monkeys and sloths in the trees, within walking distance on the beach. Good distance to Cahuita, Punta Uva and Manzanillo.
