Wir haben vier Tage bei Marcela in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man braucht nur wenige Geh-Minuten zum Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Marcela war super, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns da. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Vi trivdes väldigt bra här. Marcela var en väldigt snäll och bra värd. Vi stannade i en månad och fick det väldigt fint och bra städat efter två veckor. Rekommenderar absolut att bo här!

Marcelas var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Den første aften var der problemer med gas komfuret, men Marcelas fixede det med det samme. Der var mange små myrer og edderkopper i lejligheden, men det er jo Costa Rica :) Fine køkken faciliteter og gåafstand til supermarked. Tæt på stranden.

The property is accurate as described. The location is right in the middle of the two different surf breaks. La Lora is a 10 minute walk north and Playa Carmen is 15 minutes south. You are situated between two different grocery stores. There are restaurants within walking distance in both directions. I stayed for two weeks and had my place cleaned one week in between. My only complaint/gripe was that during my stay, I would lose every time there was a heavy downpour. This could last for 12 hrs overnight and some time for hours during the day. The water was shut off by the town? Due to something upstream. My friend who was 30 meters away did not experience this issue. Not the fault of the host but you should be made aware.

Amazing place and amazing location. The appartment is very comfortable and clean. I loved everything about it and I will miss it a lot! I would stay there again 100%!

Amazing location; beach access across the street, just to the left by 20 meters. immediately next to great restaurants and 300 meters from a grocery store. Clean: the sheets were freshly washed and smelled so clean, far better than I smelled. the bathroom was clean, all the appliances worked flawlessly, and everything was wired properly. hot water and a spicket for foot washing. Marcela is a great host and very friendly. she was very eager to help us find the best parts of the beaches, restaurants, parties, and adventures. I will try to stay here again on my next trip to Santa Teresa.
