The house is very nice and perfect for a group. Knowing that everyone can have their own private space. The two pools are small, and the outdoor space is quite limited but very well maintained and very pleasant nonetheless. The house is ideally located in a small, quiet street, a few meters from the central street leading to the center of the village and the beach. There are chickens pretty much everywhere outside the house and in the neighborhood, but that didn't bother us during our stay and we didn't need earplugs or anything else. The only thing is that the pool could have been a bit bigger, since there were 10 of us.

The house and Casita are beautiful. We have stayed before and it works great for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. We had a wonderful time and Olga, who came daily, was a pleasant addition to our experience. Thank you, Olga. The rooms are great, house has everything you need, lots of space for a group to spread out. Olga cleans daily and that is a huge treat. I hate saying negative things, but the noise of the roosters and the loud partying was difficult to sleep though, so I highly recommend you bring earplugs for a better night! It’s a lovely house overall, Thanks Juan.

Good house in a lovely town. Comfortable, very clean. House has lots of steps so make sure you are able. Host was always responsive and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Olga the housekeeper is the best! Felt secure and well located.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa kuntur! We loved the open space, beautiful landscaping and architecture. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and we all had plenty of space to have privacy. The pool was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. We took advantage of hiring Chef Olga and what a great decision that was. Definitely recommend!! The place was super clean and very close to Main Street, tucked away enough you feel very private. Thank you so much for a great stay, we hope to be back!!

This is the second time we've stayed at Villa Kuntur because we love it so much. It accommodated our large party yet the design gave us plenty of space. The location is amazing, next the Hotel Marii which has our favorite breakfast spot and and an easy short walk to the Main Street. We love the design of the property, modern, peaceful and full of beautiful plants. The hosts are always responsive and helpful. When we come back we will definitely book here again.

This is the second time I have come with a group of 10 for a 40th birthday (long) weekend. The 5 bed/5 bath set up is invaluable. The house looks just like the photos, if not better, in person. It's super walkable to the shops and beach. The property has gated parking for 2 cars but we had a third on the street without issue. Generally the property and area feel very safe. Bring earplugs, there are roosters everywhere in MX. Fantastic place to stay, 10/10 recommend.

The house is very, very nice!! Just like the photos; clean and in an area close to restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the beach. The only bad thing is that you can hear roosters ALL day and at 4am-7am it's not pleasant to be listening to them because the idea is to go to rest. Another thing is that apparently it is common in San Pancho for the power to go out in the whole town because of the weather (rain/air); and we understand that not much can be done in that situation but I think it is essential that you install a power plant: on one of our nights of stay we were without power/water/air conditioning/fans for about 4.5 hours with the risk that the food in the refrigerator would spoil. Other than that, everything was excellent! These are things that the owner may not be able to prevent, but the power plant is necessary.

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning. Great and spacious facilities, comfy beds, towels and beach towels for all guests and beautiful interior. They even had camping chairs and parasols which we could take to the beach. Absolutely worth the money!
