• Laundry services are available on-site for a small additional fee.
• All units have a minimum of 10 steps; please specify preferences for upstairs or downstairs units when booking.
• There is a short but steep 30-meter hill to climb for those without a rental car.
• Rates are designed for smaller groups: pricing is the same for one or two guests. Additional guests incur a $15 per person, per night fee.
• Any damages to the property or its contents during your stay will be charged to you. This may be covered by Airbnb’s AirCover, but guests should be aware of this policy.
