Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by a major issue during our stay. For an entire day, we lost electricity, water, lights, air conditioning, etc. Everything in the property was essentially out of service. This completely disrupted our trip, especially since we were heavily dependent on those basic necessities. Not having water, electricity, or air conditioning for such an extended period made the stay extremely uncomfortable and ultimately ruined a large part of our experience since it was super HOT/HUMID. We understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the impact this had on our stay was significant. Unfortunately, because of this, we cannot say we had a good overall experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Islas del Mar! We had an amazing stay at Islas del Mar in Puerto Peñasco! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The entire community is peaceful, well maintained, and surrounded by incredible views it really feels like the perfect place to relax and get away. One of the highlights of the trip for me was getting to play the beautiful Islas del Mar golf course. The course was in great shape, the scenery was incredible, and playing with the water and desert views around you made the experience even better. Between the beautiful house, peaceful atmosphere, golf, and everything Puerto Peñasco has to offer, we really enjoyed our time here. It was a great place to spend time with family, relax, and make some great memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home and Islas del Mar to anyone visiting Puerto Peñasco. Already looking forward to coming back! ⛳️🌊☀️

Great place for a relaxing getaway. The house was very spacious and cozy. We enjoyed kaying in the lagoon and the beautiful view by the pool. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is only a few steps away and don’t forget to watch the sunset from the front balcony!

The house itself is amazing and spacious. The kayaks were nice to have for an activity. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was decently equipped. The downsides in my opinion, were 1) the beach was almost always at low tide, so low that it would take us about 20 mins to get to water and even when we did reach it, it was about knee length for another 10 mins until we gave up and walked back. Maybe i should have known this, but i didn’t :/ and maybe that is due to the time of the year we visited (July) I’m not sure but just smothering to be aware of. 2) almost everything (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is about a 15-20 drive. So this home is great if you are looking to be more remote and away from the city’s hustle and bustle and want to mostly just stay at the house and cook there. There is one restaurant right at the entrance of the community though we didn’t try it out. We had an issue with one of the doors not locking which was alarming but the neighborhood felt safe
