Casa Agua Viva

Casa Agua Viva Unit#1 is a very well looked after, comfortable, well appointed 1 bedroom unit that was clean, easy to find and very close to the beach (100 metres). The gardens are well maintained and have several fruit trees as well as coconut palms. The property is gated and secure. James was very responsive at all times. We enjoyed the patio at the front door where we could sit and eat outside. The local area is relatively quiet, which is what we were looking for and the beach at the end of the road also has a sea turtle hatchery where we ended up volunteering during our one month stay. We used TPV, a copmpany just around the corner from us for a great day excursion. Daily walks on the beach were a delight with very few people on it. We swam in the surf and the bottom was clean, soft sand. We highly recommend a stay at Casa Agua Viva Unit #1 for a restful and quiet stay with great access to an outstanding beach and several local restaurants within short walking distance.

We had a fantastic time in Juanquillal. Agua Viva was exactly what it said it would be. The only thing I would suggest is. Have chairs, umbrellas and boogy boards easily accessible for each unit, provide wine glasses, extra toilet paper would be good too. We had a very windy day and the common area had a loose metal roof that kept us up. My husband fixed it in the morning and it was fine. We saw tons of parrots, iguanas and the howler monkeys were so cool to hear each morning. Thank you 😊

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic since it is just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful beach and very close to a local restaurant. It is located right off the main road, so you definitely do not need a 4x4 to reach it, which made arrival very easy. One thing to note is that the space is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. It is perfect for 2 people, but it would feel quite tight for a group of 4people, especially if the people are large, since the sofa bed is not too spacious. Overall, a wonderful spot for a beach getaway!

James was a responsive and accommodating host. The place is located 2 minutes walking distance from the beach which is the main attraction. It’s a cozy place to stay.

We loved our stay at Casa Agua Viva. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, with a large refrigerator, large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and a very convenient washer-dryer. The proximity to the beach is an asset that we really liked. We saw parrots, lizards and turtles. The beach is wilder and quieter. We'll go back!

The space was clean and organized. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. We recommend it!
