We had an absolutely incredible stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, luxurious, spotless, and the perfect home base for our time in Cartagena. Marilyn, our concierge, was exceptional—incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful with every detail. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The housekeeper was wonderful, the masseuses were professional and fantastic, and the chef prepared incredible meals that made us feel like we had our own private dining experience. The yacht was beautiful, and our captain was extremely personable and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everyone involved made us feel incredibly well taken care of. This was much more than an Airbnb—it was a true luxury experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The house is located in a very private and secure community, which was one of our favorite aspects of the stay. We felt safe, comfortable, and were able to truly relax. The beach and pool are both just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the excellent service provided throughout our stay, including fresh towels, made beds, and attentive communication whenever we needed assistance. The location offers a great balance of privacy while still being within a reasonable distance of the city. There is also a fantastic restaurant plaza about 10 minutes away with excellent dining options. One highlight of our trip was having the chef prepare lunch for us at the house; it was absolutely delicious. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

25 minutes or so from the walled city, this location in Cartagena is perfect, on a new and beautiful beach front building , an absolutely stunning penthouse was ready for us to enjoy,. But the most important aspect of what this property has to offer is its staff. The warmth of Colombian people experienced through the politeness; efficiency and willingness to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Our family was pampered every day with fresh breakfast by sweet Marena, who maintained the apartment impecable every day and was a pleasure to be around. Lunch by Johnny was delicious and varied. Fresh juices from a variety of fruits only possible in Colombia. The reliable driver, Ivan, and Maya, the manager of services who was responsive, perfect coordination and communication. In summary, the place is beautiful, but if you want to really enjoy to the max a Colombian pampering experience, take all the services Maya and Carlos offer and suggest for you :)

The apartment is very nice, and the view is the best part; everything is just as shown in the photos. Carlos was always available for anything we needed. Ms. Merena is very friendly.

I had an amazing stay at the Casa-O unit in Cartagena and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The space was exactly as advertised—clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed with gorgeous décor that really elevated the entire experience. The views were stunning and made for the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. The home comfortably accommodates 3–4 people, though I’d note that the fourth bedroom is better suited for a child rather than a full-grown adult. Aside from that, the layout and overall space were perfect for our group. A special shoutout to Merena, the housekeeper, who was truly exceptional. She was kind, friendly, and incredibly hospitable throughout our entire stay. She even cooked breakfast for us on two mornings, which was delicious and a memorable touch. Maya, our concierge, was also fantastic—super responsive and helpful in coordinating anything we needed, making the entire trip seamless. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations.
