Family of 6: 2 adults, 4 kids. Wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rosa and team were very responsive. Great location! Safe area and the kids loved the place. Close proximity to Avenida Tulum and Calle 7. AC was lifesaving. Would definitely stay again

Stayed at Rosa’s home for my 25th birthday in tulum and I loved everything about it!! The villa was beautiful and very spacious from the bedrooms to the living room. I also enjoyed the pool and the bikes included with the stay. There were many recommendations and stuff for us to do, if I could’ve stayed longer I would’ve. Definitely recommend staying here!

Rosa and her team were amazing host and very responsive! They had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to dine. I would definitely recommend if going with a group of people or even just your family! We will definitely be back and will be booking with Rosa!

Stunning villa! Even more beautiful than in the photos. The pool is amazing. Rosa, the owner, is always available, and Gerard, the concierge, is more than helpful. They made our stay exceptional!

Rosa’s Airbnb was awesome! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great hospitality and wonderful amenities, the pool is great and loved the daybed. A/C is 💯 and water station! Made my bachelorette even more enjoyable with the free bikes that we utilized everyday 😊

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described — super comfortable and in a great location. Rosa was truly incredible — so kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming, which really made a difference. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum. Would definitely come back!

The cleanliness of the inside and outside of the house was great!! . The staff was wonderful, polite, and always ready to help. Everything worked perfectly, and Rosa, our outstanding host, was incredibly helpful. Her responses were prompt and always ready to assist us. Each person she recommended, whether it was a car rental or an activity like a guide to the ruins, was always punctual. Rosa had someone for anything we needed, from massages to a chef! Overall, Rosa and her staff went above and beyond, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
