The Space
Welcome to Casa Ibiza, a brand-new home completed in 2022 and designed by Archit Tulum. This unique villa embraces the sought-after Boho style that reflects the magical atmosphere of Tulum.
The house features four bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, there are five futons distributed throughout the living areas and upstairs loft to accommodate extra guests.
The open-concept kitchen and living area create a spacious environment perfect for socializing. The private pool offers a resort-like experience, enhancing relaxation during your stay.

Location
The villa is situated in the southern part of Tulum, in the developing neighborhood of Colonia La Veleta. It is approximately 3 miles from the beach and 1 to 2 miles from some of the most beautiful cenotes. Supermarkets and fruit stores are less than a mile away.
Downtown Tulum is within walking distance (about 1 kilometer), and the ADO bus terminal is a short taxi ride costing around $3 USD. The area offers a vibrant local vibe with a mix of residents and visitors. The location provides easy access to the town center while maintaining a peaceful environment for restful nights.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay.

Family of 6: 2 adults, 4 kids. Wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rosa and team were very responsive. Great location! Safe area and the kids loved the place. Close proximity to Avenida Tulum and Calle 7. AC was lifesaving. Would definitely stay again

Stayed at Rosa’s home for my 25th birthday in tulum and I loved everything about it!! The villa was beautiful and very spacious from the bedrooms to the living room. I also enjoyed the pool and the bikes included with the stay. There were many recommendations and stuff for us to do, if I could’ve stayed longer I would’ve. Definitely recommend staying here!

Rosa’s Airbnb was awesome! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great hospitality and wonderful amenities, the pool is great and loved the daybed. A/C is 💯 and water station! Made my bachelorette even more enjoyable with the free bikes that we utilized everyday 😊

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described — super comfortable and in a great location. Rosa was truly incredible — so kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming, which really made a difference. The cleanliness of the inside and outside of the house was great!! . The staff was wonderful, polite, and always ready to help. Everything worked perfectly, and Rosa, our outstanding host, was incredibly helpful. Her responses were prompt and always ready to assist us. Each person she recommended, whether it was a car rental or an activity like a guide to the ruins, was always punctual. Rosa had someone for anything we needed, from massages to a chef! Overall, Rosa and her staff went above and beyond, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
