Beautiful House w/ pool in the Historic downtown of Cartagena, right next to Plaza San Diego. Special for families who want to enjoy the pool, room space to share with relatives, and 3 big rooms (2 are connected internally), next to best restaurants in the neighborhood and 50 mts away from best hotel in the area. *We have an employee who takes care of the property and guests but sleeps in his room inside the property. He is outside during day for guest privacy, only enter w/ guest permission. The space The property has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. However, it should be noted that two of the rooms are connected by a staircase, which does not make them completely independent. It has TV in 2 of the rooms, a pool in the center of the house, kitchen and a livingroom for guests to share. Guest access They can access all the space in the house. Other things to note - Parties are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. - Sex tourism or drugs are not allowed inside the property. - People who have not been included as guests are not allowed to sleep in the property. - Loud music is not allowed after 7 pm. - Children must remain under the supervision of an adult. - It is not allowed to remove any item that belongs to the property Registration Details 172736

The place was great, central location, just a few steps away from the wedding we attended at the Sofitel Santa Clara Hotel. Oscar was a great attendant, he was helpful and very friendly.

Great villa. Julian and his team were transparent. Photos looked just like the house. Great safe neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here as I had a nice 3 night stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Since we arrived we found everything impeccable, with every detail very well taken care of. The place conveys cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The location is wonderful: the area is safe, quiet and surrounded by the best restaurants in the historic center. In addition, the street where it is located is, without exaggeration, the most beautiful in the entire historic area, with charming squares on every corner that invite you to walk and enjoy the architecture and atmosphere. The facilities are designed for rest and comfort. The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious and cozy, and the bathrooms, with their thematic and historical details, gave a special touch to the experience. For my family it was perfect, we made the most of the pool, ideal for relaxing after touring the city, and the living area where we shared a lot. 100% recommended. Oscar, who takes care of the house, was wonderful!

This house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do justice, super clean, excellent location, I definitely recommend it, and Julian was a great host.

Our visit was amazing! The home was beautiful and in a great location for walking around. Oscar was really friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Julian is also very quick to respond and extremely helpful as well. We would definitely stay again!

Julian was a fantastic host and the property was in a great location. Very walkable to restaurants and lively areas. We felt very safe during our stay - and Oscar who keeps up with the property was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He always met us with a smile when returning back to the property and was happy to run errands for us.
