GOOD: We loved the location, and getting into the property was easy. ❌️: ● The internet only works with 1 TV and in 2 bedrooms. For the others and in the master bedroom, you had to use your cell phone data. We couldn't use the "main" TV because the internet never reached it. ● They only give you 1 towel per person, and they are in terrible condition, very thin, small, and they smelled strange. ● The digital door lock used to malfunction a lot. ● The clothes iron was HORRIBLE. Don't use it! It burned and ruined the only item of clothing we were going to iron. ● The dishes were greasy or dusty. We had to wash everything before using it. ● The coffee maker is VERY dirty and old. ● The bathroom in the master bedroom does not have a door. ALL THE WATER SPILLS OUT every time you shower. ● THEY DON'T PROVIDE A HAIR DRYER. ● The hot tub doesn't work. Please note: > One bedroom has the bathroom outside and the door does not have a lock. < This depends on the building: ● The lounge chair and pool area is full of biting ants. ● Elevators without air conditioning.

I will not rent this condo ever again. A previous tenant did a lot of damage to this property and the owner did not fix anything before our stay. There was a shattered sliding door in the primary bedroom that they knew about but would not fix. There’s also a lot of deferred maintenance and very dirty. I do not recommend staying here.

The place was beautiful just like the pictures. I did have a few issues with the air conditioning but it was resolved immediately.

We had a great stay overall! The views from this Airbnb were absolutely incredible. You could see the entire Malecón and the ocean, which was beautiful, and on the opposite side of the house, there were amazing views of the city. The views were definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay. The house itself was super spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was also perfect for getting around and commuting from one place to another. We loved being able to simply go downstairs, enjoy the beach, and walk around the Malecón. The area felt very safe, and it was beautiful to have everything so close by. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The AC was not working properly in some of the rooms, although it did work in others. Also, the Wi-Fi unfortunately did not work during our entire stay, which was inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious home, perfect location, and incredible ocean, Malecón, and city.

The penthouse is beautiful, everything is as described in the photos. It's close to the entire esplanade. The access is 10/10. We will definitely be back soon.

Over all really good place to stay lot more private with lots of space good for big groups on down side I’d say would be elevator was only down side being it wasn’t the fastest and it would get extremely hot since we have to go up 21 floors besides that it’s worth it
