Perfect location for those who want to rest right away after your arrival in Costa Rica or before your flight back home! The coffee tours are just minutes away from our location Netflix The space 200 square Mts house all for you with big balcony and private parking! we have 1 master bedroom with access to the balcony, walk in closet and private bathroom. 1 room with twin bed and 1 queen bed in same room but in 3rd floor with great view. 1 main leaving room with tv and sofa 1 small tv area 2nd floor with tv + sofa bed big kitchen with all you need and dinning area. 1 toilet for sharing in the first floor 1 full bathroom in second floor Laundry space Guest access you can access all the spaces from the house. There is a private garden for our guests Other things to note My place is your place and mostly I love it to keep it clean and cozy for my guest to feel great! in order to keep the house cleaner we stay inside the house without shoes. there will be a racket shoes in the main door where you can replace your shoes for a new slippers. I'm been leaving in Asia for about 9 years and is one of the things I love from this culture!

It’s in a complex of 5 other houses very close by, one house next door is under construction. It shares a wall with the neighbors side yard where a pig lives. The loft is really not usable. The makeshift stairs to get up there are extremely steep and since there’s no AC in the house it’s extremely hot and stuffy up there. There was no top sheet for the bed in the master bedroom and only a blanket which is weird. You can’t flush the toilet paper down the toilet you have to put it into a trash can. Overall it’s not a bad place but for the amount you pay in that area I think there are better options.

House is clean, beautiful and well-decorated. Full-equipped kitchen with nice utensils,even we found chopsticks and electric rice cooker. Alex is very easy to communicate and reply fast. His mom is a very nice person. I like talk with her. She has a small pig pet which is very cute. The most important is that I have to mention is MAGIC BALCONY of the house. Each day starting at 5:00 in the morning, if you are a bird-lover, you just need to sit on the chair holding with camera, many colorful birds coming to say HI. We took nearly 20 species birds only sitting on the balcony. Magnificent! Also the dusk is beautiful when viewing from balcony. At walking distance around 700 meters there are some local shops which can buy all cooked materials such as meat, vegetables, bread..etc.

His house was a great deal. It was beautiful inside—spacious and clean, tastefully decorated. He was very responsive and communicated well. My flight was late and he tried hard to contact me, despite my lack of internet. The only negative is the setting. We thought it was a house surrounded by nature but it was near other homes, kind of tight. We did feel safe though. Overall, a great deal.
