Saludos! La información de la reservación no coincidía, nos indicaron que eran 3 Personas que venían del aeropuerto y al realizarles el check in por motivos que llegaron casi a la media noche (lo cual accedimos a ayudarles con el ingreso tan tarde )querían ingresar más personas  en total!  Aún así ingresaron 4 y aparte de eso hicieron mucha bulla durante toda la noche y no dejaron dormir a los vecinos ya que la propiedad es una propiedad familiar cómo está en la descripción del apt.

Hi Jeffrey! Sorry if the house didn’t fulfill your expectations! It’s very clear in the description that this is a family compound where are other houses ! So far people love it and people who stay with us have a great experience and a great welcome from my family as all the reviews are showing and is not only me saying it! And Yes in Costa Rica YOU CANT put toilet paper inside the toilet 🚽 and everywhere in Costa Rica you will find a trash can in the bathroom to put the paper there, you have to understand other country’s systems before you make a complain! If a blanket or something was missing I wish you could tell me and we could help you right away that’s why we are here to help if anything you need I think you are just trying to make a bad review that’s it! I had many travelers coming to my home and I had no complains like yours but is ok ! I really appreciate your visit! And yes my mom has a mini pig as a pet and is so lovely and people love her! Her name is Muñeca and is like an attraction for people who stay with us they always want to take pictures! Thanks again
