Casa Cascada es una casa de tres habitaciones y tres baños y medio en la exclusiva comunidad Playacar Fase II de Playa del Carmen. Se encuentra aproximadamente a 45 minutos en automóvil al sur del Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún.
La casa está a pocos minutos a pie del ferry a Cozumel y de la famosa Quinta Avenida de Playa del Carmen. Esta calle peatonal cuenta con tiendas de artesanías, restaurantes y cafés internacionales, además de un ambiente animado por la noche.
La propiedad también está a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa y a dos cuadras del campo de golf Vonn Hagge. Desde la terraza privada, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de vistas al mar Caribe de color turquesa.

La casa se encuentra dentro de la tranquila comunidad cerrada Playacar Fase II y ofrece cómodas instalaciones distribuidas en dos niveles.

This place is ideal for a family stay. It is well supplied and the location is excellent. It’s only a five minute walk to the beach and about a ten minute walk into town where you can find essentially whatever you’re looking for including many types of restaurants. I found the host to be responsive to all of our questions and I greatly appreciated that. One thing about the house that I would have liked to have known in advance is that you are not able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. As such it must be put in the garbage cans in each bathroom, which are provided, along with plastic bags. I suspect that this is for the entire complex and not exclusive to this property. Finally, the complex has excellent security and as such we always felt very safe, including when walking in the evening. I have no hesitations in recommending this place to stay in Playa Del Carmen!

Casa Cascada is a wonderful place. The house is very comfortable . The backyard is very nice, with the falls and jungle background.. The location is great, within Playacar and less than five minutes to the beach, and very nice walk. Mercedes and her team are great and responsive

This beautiful roomy spacious home was beautiful. Everything that you need! Kitchen well stocked, beautiful decor and outside space. It was nice sitting on the roof at night or in the morning. A nice cooling pond in the back and very close 1 min walk to the beach!

This house was absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach. I want to make a statement regarding Marcelo and his crew. He was available immediately for any need we had. The cleaning crew and handy man were so nice and very thorough. I would rent again form Mercedes any time

The place was exactly as advertised and was a great place to stay. Always felt safe and secure within the subdivision. Had two minor issues and both were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. We would definitely stay here again!. Overall a great experience.......

This is the best place we have ever stayed. The house had everything you could possibly want, from dishes to towells, and beach accessories. Marcelo and Mercedes were the most accommodating hosts you could get. The only thing we didn't like, which has nothing to do with the house, the beach was infested with seaweeds, and not even close to usable. Our bad for not researching, but the entire coast for hunded of miles is infested. Overall it was a great trip, but if you are a beach person, check on seaweed.

Location is everything - 2 min walk through upscale neighbourhood of beachfront homes to world-class, white sand Playacar beach-no crowds! Also a 10 min walk to all of the shopping/restaurant/bar action of la Quinta Avenida….perfect location away from the busy town center and no need for a car. House is very spacious, attractive and comfortable for up to 6 (we were 4). The back patio with its lush jungle vibe and perfect plunge pool was cherry on the top. Mercedes, Marcello and Adolph were all super friendly and prompt with a couple of minor requests for assistance during our stay. Great value, very nice choice for a week long stay in a top notch location.
