The place is beautiful, and the service was great as well. The only suggestion I would make is to have the keys available at the property, rather than having to coordinate a specific time for the handover. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

We had a great stay at this villa! The pool was fantastic, the AC was a huge plus, and there was a great restaurant conveniently located nearby. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our host, Britt, was very accommodating, and the owner was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Costa Rica!

This place is beautiful and tucked away from the small Cuerpos and the National Park. Very spacious, fantastic pool, great backyard / forest. Not easy to walk to other places because it is tucked away ~400m in and the main road is steep and not pedestrian friendly so I suggest taxis/ubers etc. I loved how the place felt and while I only went with one other guest, it’s definitely worth the while with 3+ guests.

The house is extremely nice, it has a nice pool and it's very close to the beach, but… if you're planning to celebrate a birthday, have a party, etc., IT'S NOT THE PLACE. The neighbors are super annoying and complain too much about the music, even if it's 3 in the afternoon.

My family and I really loved this place! Very clean, organized and neat. House looks just like describe on the photos. Great communication with Britt, rooms were big and spacious and very convenient that each room has full bathrooms. Pool was great and fun after all day at the beach. I would recommend this place for sure everything the whole experience will make this house my go to in Manuel Antonio.

Everything looked like the photos, very nice, clean and comfortable. It's surrounded by a lot of nature. About 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the beach. The only thing is that the car must be parked outside the property on the street, but it's a cul-de-sac surrounded by other houses.
