Excellent option to rest in tranquility and with all the convenience of the services of Playa Tamarindo. The accommodation is just like the photos, even nicer, with all the necessary requirements for a good stay. The communication and friendliness with Paula and the security staff were outstanding. I think that's one of the main strengths for the enjoyment of our stay. This place is highly recommended, and we will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was just as described and pictured. The unit was very well stocked. It was wonderful to have washer and dryer in the unit. 5 minute walk to beach and easily accessible to Tamarindo without all the craziness of Tamarindo. Beds were comfortable and nice linens. We really enjoyed the community pool. The gated access with security was very reassuring. We would definitely look to book this unit again should we find ourselves in this area of Costa Rica. Pura vida!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful location, ideal apartment for a large family, everyone had their own space. The washing machine was a must! Beach nearby, you can get everywhere on foot within a 2-kilometer (1.2-mile) radius. We recommend the location.

The place is comfortable and properly furnished. The pool is behind the building, so after noon, the building completely blocks the sun. In our case, we really like the sun, so we didn't like that aspect. Otherwise, everything was great. The building is a bit old, but it offers excellent value for money.

The condominium was exactly how it's explained, and looks exactly like the pictures. The property managers were tentative to all our questions. It's close to the beach where you can walk all the way to Tamarindo, but it's just enough outside of Tamarindo downtown for a little more quiet Onsite Staff and security at gate were super friendly and helpful. Completely recommended this condo.

Condo is well equipped .There was enough dishwasher pods, dish detergent, garbage bags, toilet trash bags available for our month stay, especially when they ( everywhere in Costa Rica actually) ask you not to throw toilet paper in toilets.Most condos we have stayed at don’t supply enough for a month stay. It was also great having a barbecue.I wasn’t a fan of the outdoor high table and chairs ( chairs not comfortable) but we used it fairly often to eat out on the balcony. Because we stayed for a month we were offered complimentary cleaning once a week, necessary because there was no access to extra clean sheets for the beds. The washer and dryer was a plus, as was having some coolers and beach chairs available for our use. Check in was an issue with management folks which I won’t get into great detail about, hence the 4 star review, but we finally resolved the issue after 20 + texts back and forth , and we managed to come to an agreement. Not best start to our stay unfortunately.

As nice as in pictures if not nicer. Beds were a little hard for my liking but good for the rest of my group. We didn’t spend a-lot of time in the Condo. But had everything we needed We had rented a car and felt it, and we were very safe in this locked gated property It was quite a hike to the main beach in such heat. Wish we could have stayed longer as there is so much to do in this area. 3 days was hardly enough.

The apartment is as described in the photos, it is well equipped for everything you need, the decoration of the apartment is very nice. It's very close to the beach and shops in Tamarindo.
