Our stay in this house was excellent. It is a very special accommodation with a lot of charm, and we enjoyed it very much. What impressed us the most was the view, which was simply spectacular and one of the best we've ever enjoyed. The house is perfect for a large family, as it offers plenty of space and is very well equipped. We found everything we needed to spend a few comfortable and relaxing days. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Quepos in a quiet setting with unforgettable views. We would love to come back!

Great house for family of 6 for 6 days in Costa Rica! House was perfect and luxurious. Location was walkable to most things, and Marcos was the best host, responding within minutes with our questions. He met us at the property and gave us a thorough walkthrough. He made us feel right at home. We saw capuchins on the balcony and woke up every morning to the howlers. All the glass double opens to give the central gathering area a free air experience. There were ACs in every room and the living space for when it got hot. The automated powered blinds were a plus with all the glass. Highly recommend this place to amplify your CR experience.

Marcos was an outstanding host. The house was fantastic, and his level of responsiveness and hospitality really made the experience outstanding. He was quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to be accommodating throughout our stay. This was our second time renting one of his properties, and we wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Highly recommend booking with Marcos!

Absolutely amazing location! Amazing wildlife to watch from the private balcony. Three different kinds of monkeys, macaws eating almonds out of the tree right across from the property. Ocean views! All visible while swimming in the pool on the 3rd floor. We had so much planned, but could have just watched the wildlife from the balcony and pool all day. Lots of walkable restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

Casa Pakal was as advertised and Marcos was a great host! If you want to observe Costa Rica’s wildlife and be central to many great restaurants, attractions and Manuel Antonio National Park, Casa Pakal is the place to stay! Pura Vida!!!

Excellent location, the house was excellent along with the cleanliness, the facilities, the rooms and the bathrooms, everything excellent. A very nice and very modern house, the house was luxurious, many thanks to Marcos.

Our group of 8 friends just returned from a fantastic stay at Casa Pakal. The house was stunning and had everything we needed! Our favorite thing to do was hang out on the sun deck and watch for wildlife and enjoy the ocean view. We saw monkeys, iguanas, and even a toucan in the trees nearby. Every day we would watch for the pairs of macaws flying above in the morning and late afternoon. The house is walkable to many wonderful restaurants nearby and a very short drive to Manuel Antonio, beaches, and the marina. Marcos was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided local recommendations almost instantly. When our flights were majorly delayed and we wouldn't be getting into town until the middle of the night, he made sure we would still be able to access the house easily. The house was cleaned every day and they did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend staying here!
