Muy buen alojamiento, Tim respondio todas mis dudas muy rapido y esta muy limpio, se ubica en una gran zona, el unico problema es la calle para llegar al condominio, no esta en las mejores condiciones, todo lo demas excelente.

Overall the place was clean, the area was decent, it was not easily accessible due to the proper manager locking the gate to let cars in and out.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre voyage et notre séjour au Paradise Tamarindo Pura Vida. Cependant, quelques points méritent d'être améliorés. Il n'y avait pratiquement pas d'eau chaude pour la douche et très peu pour la cuisine, contrairement à l'annonce. Le robinet de la salle de bain avait un très faible débit, nous obligeant à utiliser l'évier de la cuisine. La paroi de la douche ne fermait pas complètement, ce qui laissait beaucoup d'eau s'écouler sur le plancher. En cuisine, il manquait des produits de base annoncés (huile, sel, poivre) et le four ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons avisé Tim dès notre arrivée, mais il n'a répondu que la veille de notre départ. Il y a aussi eu une confusion concernant le stationnement, promis à l'intérieur du complexe, sans qu'une solution nous soit proposée. Enfin, le boogie board était brisé et il manquait des couvertures. Aussi, l'air climatisé mural a coulé 2x = eau au plancher. Le lieu est magnifique ainsi que la piscine et terasse.

The AC stopped working, there was no hot water, and the boogie board provided was broken when we arrived. We stay in Airbnbs & camp often, so we’re pretty easygoing, but this experience was a bit frustrating and didn't match reviews. Host offered to send someone for the AC the next afternoon, but was our last day and I didn’t want to wait around for maintenance, I mentioned I don’t speak Spanish, and no alternative help was offered, so we just put up with it. I asked twice about hot water and never got a response. I confirmed before booking that boogie boards and sand toys were included, but the board was broken and said they get one for us the next day, but didn't happen. Asked again and got one on last day after we had already left for the beach. Rented each day and cost $$. Scorpion in bedroom on our last day, its CR, wildlife expected, host said place scheduled to be sprayed next week. The place was clean and the pool was nice, hopefully these issues were just a one-time fluke.

This apartment was exactly as described. It was perfect for me. It was nice to have so many conveniences (equipped kitchen and bathroom). The walk to town is much shorter than it may appear on the map--there is a pedestrian entry/exit from the property that's not far from Dragonfly restaurant and you're down at the center of town in probably 6 - 8 minutes by foot. I'd definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time. Loved being right at a pool, chilling in the hammock and a short walk to the beach. Everyone is so friendly here. Great for adults and kiddos alike! Highly recommend

Excellent place to stay!!! Great pool right in front of the terrace. Beautiful surroundings and within a few minutes walk of the centre (using the rear gate). We found the place had no unwelcome noise, the place was lovely and quiet. Everyone was very friendly and the other owners who were there were very welcoming. We had a great time!!!

The condo worked great for myself and my two teens. The location was super convenient- less than 10 min walk to the beach. Really convenient walk to grocery store, Green Papaya, Little Lucha (taco Tuesday!), Dragonfly, the night market (Thursday) and the day market (Wed and Sat). The condo had good ac and fans, nice blackout shades, beach towels, chairs and some toys. You’ll need to bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner though. I also recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper- the walls are pretty thin. The complex is gated and felt extremely secure as did the neighborhood in general. Tim was an incredible host. He was proactive in providing all information and local suggestions. He checked in throughout the week too. Great stay!
