We’re truly sorry parts of your stay did not meet expectations.<br/>We always want our guests to feel comfortable and well cared for, so we regret the frustration surrounding the A/C, hot water communication, and beach equipment. During your stay, we did work to coordinate maintenance and replace the boogie board as quickly as possible, though we understand the timing was not ideal and impacted your experience.<br/>As a family-owned Airbnb, we take great pride in our condo and guest experience. The home was fully renovated recently, professionally cleaned before arrival, and we routinely maintain the property and amenities. We were also happy to accommodate an early check-in to help make your arrival easier.<br/>Regarding the scorpion, while wildlife can occasionally appear in Costa Rica’s tropical environment, the property is on a regular pest-control schedule and we addressed the matter immediately.<br/>We appreciate you acknowledging the cleanliness and pool, and we’re sorry your stay fell short overall.
