The Space
This three-bedroom home is located just a two-minute walk from the renowned surf break, Playa Colorado. Ideal for families or surfers, the property is spacious, fully gated, and private. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and features a swimming pool.
The house includes a generator to ensure continuous electricity during outages. Internet speed is 15 Mbps, which is considered fast for the area. Enjoy first-class waves just steps away, then relax in this peaceful and comfortable home with a pool and garden patio.
The property offers a large front yard and a gated, roomy backyard with a pool and lounge area. It combines tranquility and beauty while being conveniently close to the surf and beach.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the front yard, backyard garden, and private pool. The home is fully gated and includes a laundry machine and dryer available upon request.
Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests, but parking is available beside the house.
Additional Information
Electricity costs in Nicaragua are among the highest in Central America. Guests are kindly asked to conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in use. Excessive electricity consumption will incur additional charges.
Power outages are common, especially during rainy or windy seasons. This home is equipped with a propane-fueled generator to maintain electricity during outages. The generator will run until the propane tank is empty, so use power wisely. WiFi service will remain active unless the generator runs out of propane or the internet provider experiences downtime. The WiFi speed is 20 Mbps.
There is a separate apartment located at the back of the property in its own gated area. Please respect each other's privacy, as apartment guests do not have access to the pool.
Laundry services and private chef meal plans can be arranged upon request.

Mikki was an incredible host, and her sons were extremely helpful in terms of trying to find the best Surf in the area, not gatekeeping spots and being extremely friendly in the lineup. Even though the waves were slightly smaller than we had originally projected them to be, we had a better time than we could have imagined! Thank you, Mikki and we will be back as soon as we possibly can!

Everything was great. Community is very safe. Miki provided us with advice and whatever we needed while there. Perfect for a wave focused, very comfortable surf trip. Waves are a short 2-3 minute walk as described. New highway makes getting around very easy. Restaurants inside the community are excellent. Pool was wonderful after a surf and with the heat. AC worked well and cooled down fast. Only problem was we didn’t book it for longer. Thank you for everything!

This is a beautiful well laid out house. It has a private pool which it was a plus during the afternoon heat. It’s in a great location, 2 blocks away from the beach. It is also close to the Iguana Beach Club. The 3 rooms have private ACs and also the living room. During my stay, there were 3 scheduled blackouts in the area. The house had a generator so it was a minimal impact on the guest experience. Overall I would highly recommend this house.

This was our family spring break trip and our oldest son's 16th birthday trip. I cannot say enough about Mikki. She is a wonderful host! 110% responsive and went above and beyond for all of us. She set up massages, cook, and gave wonderful recommendations. We rented a golf cart and boogie boards once we got there which I do recommend. We had the best surf, which is an easy walk or golf cart ride. The resort club and pool were wonderful and the pool at the house was very private and clean. The house also has a generator which was SO nice because there were several power outages. This is a trip out family will always remember and cherish and we would recommend to anyone! For our family of 5 it was perfect!

We enjoyed staying, Miki was really responsive, supportive from the very beginning to the end. She wouldn't hesitate to go to the house for any assistance you need. The house is beautiful and with a lot of commodities, for you to only take your stuff and start cooking , enjoying like home. I would come back without hesitation.
