El espacio
Hefziba está ubicado en la hermosa y tranquila Isla de Ometepe en Rivas, Nicaragua. Nos encontramos en las afueras del pueblo de Moyogalpa; a 15-20 minutos caminando o a 5 minutos en mototaxi desde el puerto.
Actualmente Hefziba tiene siete habitaciones disponibles para reservar. Este anuncio corresponde a la HABITACIÓN 5. Es una habitación pequeña con aire acondicionado, con DOS camas dobles y capacidad para hasta 4 huéspedes. También cuenta con baño privado.
El desayuno puede adquirirse por un costo adicional.
NOTA: No contamos con duchas de agua caliente. Además, el WiFi está disponible pero la conexión no siempre es muy fuerte, por favor tenga esto en cuenta si planea trabajar durante su estadía.
Por último, le pedimos respetar nuestra propiedad (habitaciones, electrodomésticos, etc.). Nos reservamos el derecho de cobrar por cualquier daño para cubrir reparaciones. Seremos justos con usted, así que le pedimos ser justo con nosotros. Muchas gracias.
Durante su estadía
Aunque paso mucho tiempo en Ometepe, este no es mi hogar permanente. La propiedad pertenece a mi abuela, a quien podría conocer si no está en la ciudad capital de Managua.
Mi primo Agustín vive aquí de forma permanente, por lo que siempre estará disponible para usted en el lugar, junto con la ayuda de nuestro traductor disponible bajo demanda.
Mi familia en la isla no habla inglés, por lo que hago todo lo posible para ayudarles con las reservas y la comunicación con los huéspedes antes de su llegada, para asegurar una reserva y estadía sin inconvenientes.
Esto es realmente un esfuerzo familiar y esperamos que valore todo el empeño que ponemos para que se sienta como en casa.

The truth is that the place is better in the pool area than inside the rooms, the bathroom needs a complete renovation, the pipes need to be cleaned, the bathroom always had a bad smell of sewage, for the price of almost $65 a night I don't think it's worth it, I've been to other places both in Nicaragua and in the rest of the world and I had never paid so much for so little and I'm not saying that I would have wanted something luxurious but if they are going to rent something for the price of $65 per night, at least it should be a little cozy and more so when I refer to the time one uses the bathroom, the tiles and everything in the bathroom is so old that no matter how well they clean it, it will always look dirty, recommendation for the owners, remodel the bathrooms ah and please a little more pressure when using the shower and the sink, in the shower there was hardly any water, and one more point I had to go outside to brush my teeth there was no water pressure in the sink

A great place to stay ran by a local family. Very spacious and clean rooms and free tea and coffee which is nice. The location is a little out from the main centre but we didn’t mind the walk and there’s a nice local restaurant a couple mins walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cynthia's! The space is comfortable and well appointed. Note that the shower is not super efficient (and it is cold), but it was as described. The pool is simply beautiful, a real haven of peace to relax. Lunch was delicious, with fresh and typical produce. The hosting was warm and thoughtful. We highly recommend this place (good value for the money)

Eveything was just fine except some little details: when we got there, there was no one at the lobby, we got only two towels even though the reservation was for 3 adults, our tv had to be changed and the AC was not working; everything was solved by the friendly staff that’s why I give it a four, bc sometimes u want everything to be set. The location is amazing, close to the main landmarks, staff was responsive.

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s Airbnb! There is parking available for our ATVs which made us feel a lot safer about leaving them at night. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and kind! There’s a lovely outdoor space to relax with beautiful gardens, very well-kept by the groundskeeper. Our room was very clean, and had all the amenities listed on the Airbnb. There was fresh water and coffee outside in the main area which we greatly appreciated. We only spent one night here, but wish we had more time! I would highly my recommend this Airbnb, and hope to visit again in the future.
