The Space

The top-floor master bedroom spans 400 square feet and includes a private terrace of 1,500 square feet with breathtaking 180-degree views of San Juan Bay. The main floor houses two junior suites with spectacular bay views, direct pool access, and an open terrace. Near the entrance, two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom and have a private living room adjacent to a small garden. One large bedroom connects directly to the garden and the lower entertainment room.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests and is not available for events or parties.

This was our second time staying here because we love this place. A couple of things need to be changed but i still give this place 5 stars. The showers need to be regrouted, the shower floors are pretty nasty. I would not shower without slides. We also found a dead crab in one of our pillow cases the first night. I have no idea how that would’ve happened if everything was supposed to be clean and prepped for our arrival. Despite these two things we still love this place and we will be returning next time. Michael the in house host was great as usual. Additionally the house has a Polaris UTV that can be rented for $120 for 24 hours which was very helpful.

This was a perfect place to stay in San Juan Del Sur. The pictures don’t do it justice… it’s way more incredible in person. The views are simply stunning. One of the best pools I’ve ever swam in. The rooms are big. Check-in was super easy, and everyone was amazingly kind. The air conditioning is icy cold after a hot day at the beach. The only negative thing I can say is that the mattresses in every room are very hard and may hurt your back a bit. Overall, a perfect vacation spot. I would come back here again and again. Recommended!!!

The photos truly don’t capture how stunning this place is. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’re stepping into a postcard of San Juan del Sur. We were all blown away by the breathtaking design and the incredible view. The host and staff went above and beyond, absolutely exceptional. We’ll definitely be returning to this property. It gave us unforgettable memories and a piece of our hearts will always stay here.

What an incredible place! The view is spectacular and the host was very responsive. The house was serviced by staff who kept it very tidy. Our group had a wonderful time here and I would highly recommend this property.
