Información importante
- Los huéspedes deben usar una pulsera durante su estancia. La pulsera permite acceder a las áreas comunes y entrar al condominio.
- Antes de la llegada, los huéspedes deben proporcionar los nombres y apellidos de todas las personas que se hospedarán en el apartamento.
- Por seguridad de todos, las camionetas y los taxis no pueden pasar más allá de la caseta de seguridad al llegar. Los huéspedes deben bajarse en la caseta y caminar hasta el penthouse. El ascensor se encuentra a pocos metros de la entrada principal.
- Las reservaciones de más de un mes requieren el pago de una tarifa diaria por consumo de electricidad.
- Las amenidades como el agua embotellada y el papel higiénico se proporcionan una vez por reservación. Si se terminan, los huéspedes deben comprar suministros adicionales en la tienda más cercana.
- No hay personal en el lugar para cambiar las toallas. Los huéspedes pueden usar el cuarto de lavandería del edificio si necesitan toallas limpias.

Agustin was a really incredible host!! We are a family of 5 (three teens) and the place was very dry clean and plenty big enough to spread out. He gave lots of suggestions of things to do, and arranged airport pickup and tours so we didn’t need a rental car. Very responsive to all my questions!! Seaweed was predictably not so great, and the pool was closed for one of the days we were there, but overall we had a really great experience and would stay again. Kids loved being able to eat tacos poolside and we ended up mostly cooking (uber eats grocery delivery) and eating at the onsite place. I would have loved a couch in place of one of the dining spaces so we could watch tv together, but kids ended up piling on our bed. Overall, really wonderful experience. A+++

Nice place, beautiful views, and updated throughout. For those traveling with young kids, the stairs are steep and the opening on the second level was a bit of a hazard for my kids. A proper living room would make this place perfect.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and the wonderful hosts. They made the trip so much easier helping to arrange airport transportation, tours and making recommendations for activities. This experience was well beyond our expectations. The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of this condo and the views it provides.

Somewhat mixed emotions about this place. Pros: 1. The host was very responsive! She stayed in constant communication. 2. The home was clean and updated! 3. Location was pretty good and location to the beach was great. Views of the beach were awesome as well. 4. Flexible check in! Cons: 1. There are PLENTY of places to sit, however there is NOWHERE to relax. There is a small room that has a small futon in it but not enough room to sit more than 2/3 adults...plus there's no tv in there. THERE IS NO couch in the entire place. My fam and I couldn't relax together and watch a movie unless we sat in kitchen chairs or our beds! Hot water was hit and miss our entire trip! We barely had hot water, some days we had none, taking cold showers. Really sucks when 5 ppl need showers. We walked into a broken AC but the host was ON IT! She was amazing at getting it fixed. Things happen and we understand that. Thankful for her! Unfortunately, probs wouldn't stay again unless issues get addressed

Our stay at Agustin’s penthouse in Cancun was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Agustin was extremely welcoming, attentive, and hospitable. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, which really set the tone for a great trip. The penthouse itself was even better than the photos. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had amazing views that made it the perfect place to relax after long days exploring Cancun. What really stood out was Agustin’s level of service throughout our stay. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Anytime we needed transportation, he quickly arranged a reliable driver for us, which made getting around Cancun incredibly convenient and easy. That extra level of support made a big difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without worrying about logistics.

We stayed here with our baby and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The multiple terraces were amazing - we loved enjoying our morning coffee with ocean views while the baby napped inside. The beach access was incredibly convenient, and the pool area was beautiful and never felt overcrowded. Agustin was responsive and helpful from start to finish, making everything seamless. It truly felt like a relaxing, luxury escape while still being totally family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again
