4BR Villa in Melgar

The condominium where the house is located is very quiet. The house has all the amenities and the pool is great. Overall, it is a very nice place to share with family or friends. Daniel is very attentive to answering any concerns.

Thank you for everything Daniel

The house is very nice, very comfortable and has everything you need. The pool is very well maintained and they did daily maintenance. Daniel was very attentive to everything and we had an amazing time. This condominium is very nice and pleasant. The only thing the management needs to improve is the entrance at the gate. We spent an hour and a half in the sun. Implement a digital system that allows for quick entry while maintaining security.

A very nice place, just like the photos. Daniel was always available for anything we needed.

A very nice, clean and safe place

We spent New Year's Eve in this house and the experience was excellent. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Our family was very happy throughout the stay. The condo is very safe and quiet, which gave us a lot of confidence. Daniel was always very attentive and willing to resolve any concerns quickly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again. Totally recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the perfect house; very spacious, excellent natural lighting and spaciousness of all the spaces, the pool is larger than what you see in the photos. The set is huge! Daniel is very friendly and was always attentive to our questions. We would definitely come back!!!

The place is very quiet and beautiful. The house is spacious, well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need. The pool was in excellent condition and was one of the biggest attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; in one of them the air conditioning did not work well, but since the other three were perfect and there were enough beds, we were able to settle in without any problems. In addition, the house has several games to enjoy as a group, which made the stay even more entertaining. Overall, we enjoyed a very quiet and comfortable weekend. We'd definitely be back. The only thing that could be improved is the process of entering the complex. There were some requirements that were not communicated to us in advance, which made the check-in somewhat slow and confusing. However, this was also something that the host was unaware of, and at all times he was very attentive, responded quickly and helped us communicate with the administration of
