Descripción del Espacio
La habitación fue construida en 2017, cuenta con entrada y baño privado con duchas de agua caliente. Está completamente revestida en cerámica, recién pintada y con detalles en piedra. Incluye colchones y ropa de cama nuevos, ventiladores y grandes ventanas que ofrecen vistas al Lago Cocibolca.
El porche ventilado da acceso directo al fondo arenoso y poco profundo del lago, sin corrientes, perfecto para familias.
La temporada lluviosa de 2017 benefició a los agricultores locales y elevó el nivel del lago, por lo que la playa frente al lago estará disponible a partir de enero de 2018, cuando el nivel baje en la temporada seca. Actualmente, se puede pescar directamente desde el porche.

Our stay was lovely. You are right on the lake overlooking the volcano. You can have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. We also played billiards with the locals. Great atmosphere

We lived almost in the middle of the family, all very warm and attentive. Were also very satisfied with the vehicle rental from you, went smoothly and quickly. All in all, we felt very comfortable and they have very good home cooking

We stayed for four nights, as my partner contracted a virus a few days before our arrival. We needed a peaceful place for her to rest and recover strength. achieved. The hosts were very kind, despite our lack of knowledge of Spanish. However, it was not a problem, they did their best to allow us a successful understanding. The place is located at the edge of the water and the sound of the waves has soothed us a lot. Although a family restaurant is not included in the accommodation, it offered excellent service and delicious food with large quantities. They also offer rental services for motorcycle scooters and quad bikes at competitive rates. You won't find it cheaper on the island. The room was very well ventilated and we will be happy to come back to our next vacation . Basically excellent value for money and we recommend thank you for everything!

At the beginning, the owners were nice, kind, and helpful. They were always in touch whenever we needed something. However, on the third day of our stay, we discovered a giant rat in the room. The owner suggested placing a trap, but this didn’t make sense because the room had several large holes. It would have been better to address these holes first. I understand that we were in the middle of the jungle, where various animals are common, but sharing a room with a rat was too much. We decided to move to another place, even though we still had eight days left in our booking. I requested to change the booking dates, but after that, I received no response at all—just silence and being ignored.

Overall a good expierence. Good location, directly by the beach and motorcycle rental available for 15$ a day. Only in the end there was kind of a weird vibe, some misunderstandings and miscommunication. The tab in our bathroom was lacking in the beginning but they fixed it within a day.

The physical space of the accommodation is as shown in the photos. However, I think the best thing about this listing is the position it's in. The room is just 5 steps from the coastal strip.

The host and his family welcomed us very warmly. They will talk to you in spanish and english is a little bit difficult, but they are always trying to make the best out of our mediocre spanisch - but to improve our spanish skills it was the best! We were picked up right at the street, otherwise it would be a little bit difficult to find. The room was clean and directly at the beach. If you have a light sleep you should bring Oropax, because the wind is loud and constant. There are a lot of lovely dogs and a restaurant just around the corner. The waiter was always very friendly and the food was very good. We rented a scooter for the whole week and the price was fair :) Would definitly recommend going there!!
