Disfrute de una escapada tranquila en nuestro apartamento frente al mar, ubicado en el corazón de la Zona Hotelera de Cancún, dentro de un condominio residencial pequeño y exclusivo. Hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia a poca distancia a pie, y el transporte público está fácilmente disponible a pocos pasos.
La playa cuenta con palapas y camastros donde puede relajarse bajo el sol. Una atractiva piscina ofrece vistas al mar Caribe.

Acceso de los huéspedes
Para registrar la reservación con la administración al llegar, todos los huéspedes deben proporcionar:
- Una foto de un documento oficial de identificación, como pasaporte o licencia de conducir
- Los nombres completos de todos los huéspedes
- Las edades de todos los huéspedes
Políticas importantes para los huéspedes
- Unidad exclusiva para adultos: los huéspedes deben tener 12 años o más.

El condominio se limpiará únicamente antes de su llegada. El servicio de limpieza diario está disponible por un cargo adicional de $650 pesos por servicio. Solicite este servicio al hacer su reservación; posteriormente se coordinarán los detalles. El cargo de limpieza de $650 pesos debe pagarse directamente al personal de limpieza.
Para estancias de más de 10 noches, se requiere una limpieza semanal durante la estancia. Esto ayuda a garantizar el cuidado adecuado de las sábanas, toallas, muebles y procesos de limpieza. Estas limpiezas requeridas están incluidas en la estancia.
Información importante
- No se permiten animales en el condominio. Se aplicará una multa de $5,000 pesos si se ingresan animales a la propiedad, y se podrá negar el acceso al apartamento.
- El costo de las llaves perdidas es de $500 pesos por cada una.
- Esta unidad está en planta baja, por lo que es posible que ocasionalmente ingresen animales silvestres locales.

Elizabeth’s place is truly a slice of paradise! We planned to enjoy the beach, and we did, but we also found ourselves often sitting on her porch watching the sunset/sunrise and just hanging out. The beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped with everything we needed! I would absolutely come back again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a few days. The condo was comfortable. It's situated in a nice area with 24-hour security. We felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio observing all the recreations on the water, as the condo is directly on the beach. The area has many restaurants and recreational activities within reach. The host was responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

Here’s a version that sounds more like a personal recommendation you’d actually post: We just wrapped up an awesome stay at Elizabeth’s place in Cancun, and I can honestly say it was just as good as I remembered. The first time I stayed here was back in 2023, and I loved it so much that I came back again this year. The location is hard to beat—close to the Hotel Zone, but far enough away that it feels relaxed. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and if you want something upscale like Harry’s Steakhouse, it’s only about a 20-minute Uber ride. One of my favorite things about this place is that you literally walk out the back door and onto the beach. There are chairs waiting for you, the beach is cleaned daily, and the views are incredible. The condo had everything we needed. Each room has its own A/C unit, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and even the little things like olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. We

Elizabeth’s place was absolutely beautiful and cozy. Close to so many beautiful places. The complex is well secured and safe, even with our car rental. I will definitely be booking Elizabeth’s place again.

This condo was fabulous. Exactly as described if not better. There were minimum people using the facilities which truly made this a more desirable place from other locations. Yes, the ocean is your backyard! Clean, safe, and great central location. Close proximity to ferry to travel to Isla Mujeres was such a bonus!

If you’re looking for a beach vacation, then look no further. Elizabeth’s place leads directly to the beach from the patio. There is also a great pool that is only steps away. There are a number of restaurants, nearby and a pool bar at the resort next door. Elizabeth’s place is very comfortable and well decorated. We slept great. The thick curtains helped keep out the morning light. There are AC controls in each bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is well laid out. Bellamar is gated and there is security if you have any concerns about safety. All of the staff there were very friendly. Elizabeth responded very quickly to all messages and was very helpful. Bellamar isn’t like the all-inclusive resorts that surrounded it; Bellamar is quiet. The beach chairs are rarely more than half occupied. And the pool is never busy. I know where I will be staying when I go back to my next trip to Cancun!

This condo was exactly as advertised! It was a really fabulous beach spot for small kids, beautiful sand and chill waves with lots of space. There were always plenty of chairs and shade available, even within reach of our baby monitor signal. Elizabeth was very responsive when a few things came up during our trip. We had a great stay!
