We were looking for a beautiful and peaceful place near Monteverde. The view from the Continental villa is simply magnificent! The house is spacious (there were 7 of us), well furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately, we stayed in the area during a very windy period. Located at the top of a hill, the villa is particularly exposed to the wind, which caused a lot of noise inside and prevented us from sleeping. These are obviously exceptional weather conditions over which the owner has no control. When we spoke to Freicer about it, he was extremely responsive and immediately sent someone on site to try to improve the situation. But given the strength of the wind, there was not much that could be done. We really appreciated Freicer's kindness and responsiveness, as well as all his efforts to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Views were amazing including Pacific ocean. We enjoyed watching clouds coming off the rainforest from the deck and had beautiful rainbows from the rain. The short drive to Cerro Pinocho for sunsets was a very enjoyable evening activity. The deck was protected from the significant winds that occur at the top of the mountain. If you have difficulty sleeping with the sound of wind, bring earplugs. Freicer was an amazing host. He responded to all our questions and requests for recommendations within minutes of asking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Monteverde! The view is breathtaking! The activities near the house are great. Although the location is remote, amenities and activities are close by! It was beautiful and very comfortable.

We booked both properties and had a wonderful stay! The communication with Freicer was excellent. The properties have a privileged location with stunning views, very close to the main activities in the area, yet far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility. We highly recommend them!

This house has a breathtaking view! Frecier and family were very attentive to issues of leaking from horrible rains during the week. It was a weekend, and bot much they could do to fix the problem, but quickly gave us the 3 bedroo. apartment next door and made sure it was clean. We had leaks there as well, but Freciers family were quick to respond and assist us with any needs they could help with. They were very apologetic for the situation and made things as right as possible. The bad weather was not thier fault, but they did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely return again. Both units on the property are gorgeous and private. Dont hesitate to stay with them!! You wont be disappointed!

I must say that the view here was spectacular, absolutely amazing! Having said that, we stayed 2 nights, and shortly after we arrived, the winds went from strong to insane, for the rest of our stay. We couldn’t go outside or even use the balcony, the entire home shook from the persistent winds. This is in no way the fault of the host, but it absolutely negatively affected our stay. The bathrooms (shower areas) were not properly cleaned, and the floors left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
