The Space

Kaloka Suite 103 is one of our largest accommodations, featuring two bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements for up to five guests. Situated on the ground floor of our 10-unit retreat, it is perfect for families or groups of friends.

The suite offers full air conditioning, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and direct access to shared outdoor spaces including the pool, terrace, and gardens. Daily cleaning of common areas ensures a fresh and welcoming environment.

Bedrooms and Living Areas

• Room 1 includes a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed, ideal for parents with children or friends traveling together.
• Room 2 contains a private queen bed, providing a quiet space for restful sleep.
• Each room features neutral tones, jungle-themed wallpaper, modern lighting, and a Smart TV, creating a relaxed tropical atmosphere.
• The living area includes a sofa bed and three Smart TVs throughout the suite.
• The layout combines the comfort of a small apartment with resort-style amenities.

Bathrooms

The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a black marble sink, soft lighting, and plant-inspired decor. We provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and fresh towels to enhance your comfort during your stay.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and includes:

• Electric stovetop, refrigerator, and freezer
• Microwave, toaster oven, and blender (available upon request)
• Costa Rican coffee, cooking oil, salt, and pepper
• Pots, pans, utensils, mugs, and glassware
• Granite countertops with seating for casual dining

A small dining table seats four, and guests can also use the outdoor dining area near the pool for a breezy alternative.

Workstation

A dedicated work desk with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi makes this suite suitable for guests who need to stay productive while traveling.

Outdoor Areas

Just steps from your suite is a clean and refreshing pool surrounded by a spacious terrace. The terrace offers lounge chairs and shaded seating areas, all nestled among tropical plants and hanging greenery. Enjoy the gentle breeze and natural sounds while relaxing, dining, or socializing with other guests. This outdoor space provides a peaceful retreat right outside your door.

Guest Access

Guests have private entry to Suite 103 and shared access to all common areas, including:

• Pool
• Gardens
• Terraces
• Outdoor dining spaces
• Secure parking

Please note that while the suite is private, the property is shared with other friendly guests.

Additional Information

• Housekeeping and Cleaning Services:
  Our full-time staff maintains cleanliness in shared areas daily. In-studio cleaning is available upon request with the following options:

  • Light Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, basic kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom tidying)
    • 1 bedroom: $30
    • 2 bedrooms: $40
    • Personal laundry: Additional $10 per load (optional)
  • Deep Cleaning (includes Light Cleaning plus linen and towel replacement)
    • 1 bedroom: $50
    • 2 bedrooms: $60
    • Personal laundry: Additional $10 per load (optional)

• Laundry:
  The on-site laundry area is reserved for staff, but laundry service is available upon request for an extra fee.

• Guest Conduct:
  To respect all guests, loud music, disruptive behavior, and parties are prohibited at all times. Socializing should be kept indoors with noise levels low enough to avoid disturbing others.

• Quiet Hours:
  Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, all group activities must move indoors, and noise should be minimized to prevent disturbance to other guests and neighbors.

• Parking:
  Free, secure parking is provided within the gated property and accommodates multiple vehicles.
