The master bedroom spans 40 square meters and provides exceptional comfort. Among the three bedrooms, two boast spectacular lake views, while the third overlooks the garden. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has a full bathroom located just next door. Each room is air-conditioned, with the master bedroom equipped with two additional units to maintain a perfect temperature at all times.
The living area features an open-plan kitchen with a modern design and an elegant wine cellar. The brand-new kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, a 90 cm oven, and a dishwasher, combining practicality with style.
Surrounding the house is a 1,500 square meter garden that offers a peaceful, green environment—ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the scenic beauty.
Guest Access
Guests have direct access to 50 meters of private lakefront, bordered by the 1,500 square meter garden and the spacious 300 square meter house. Kayaks are available for exploring the lake, and there are three exclusive covered parking spaces for convenience.
Location and Nature
The property borders the Chagres Park nature reserve, an exceptional natural setting where wildlife thrives. Visitors may encounter sloths, squirrels, marmosets, and a variety of birds such as toucans and hummingbirds. The lake is also home to turtles, making this area a vibrant natural sanctuary full of life and charm.

A beautiful property, with a wonderful view of the lake. The house has natural and very fine finishes that give a feeling of instant relaxation. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The lake house is an excellent option to spend a great, relaxing time with family or friends. It has all the amenities available. It is a spectacular and peaceful place near the city, and the house has a caretaker who is very attentive to help if necessary. The price is excellent for everything it includes and the place is so magical. I highly recommend it.

Javier and Edisson were awesome to make our stay outstanding and wonderful. We were looking for a different place to spend weekends versus going to the beach and we certainly found it in your property. The coziness combined with the lake views and access, and connection to the nature surrounding the property are very special. We are now fans and we will be repeating often our stays.
