The house is spectacular. It's much larger and nicer than it looks in the photos. The views, the weather and the comfort are on another level. During the week, we had the help of two assistants (Shirley and María), and it was simply exceptional. They were always ready to help, the house was always spotless, they gave us instructions for our shopping and provided various solutions for what we needed. They are two very friendly and kind women. Regarding the host, who is also named María, like the assistant, I was impressed that she responds super quickly. She is always attentive to what is needed. She was very understanding, helpful, respectful, flexible and kind. We definitely loved this house. It's absolutely beautiful. Thank you, María (host), Sherly and María (assistant), for your hospitality. I felt right at home!!! My family and I definitely hope to return to this beautiful place.

This is our "go to" place in Payande. We love it. It fits 4-5 families comfortably, has a great pool, the empleadas are lovely, and it's maintained very well. The views are wonderful and Payande is very safe and private. Maria is very friendly and responsive to messages. The beds are comfortable as is all the furniture. We've been 3 times now and love it every time!

As always, the boathouse in Payande was perfect. One of our favorite fincas! Maria is a great host, and the empleadas were amazing and kind. There is a reason we always come back!

The house is very nice and quiet, the host was very friendly and responded quickly. The only thing is that they require having two employees and they are not very attentive with the cleaning, and as for the towels, no matter how many times we asked for the favor of changing some, they never did. However, the house as such is a very good option, we would come back.
