We ran into a few issues during our stay that were outside of Juan's control, and what really stood out was how responsive, kind, and accommodating he was in helping us. He went above and beyond by moving us to another home, upgrading our stay, and providing a partial refund. We truly appreciated how seriously he took our concerns and how much effort he made to make sure we were comfortable and able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Both homes were absolutely gorgeous and in fantastic locations. Juan handled the situation incredibly well, and his willingness to work with us made all the difference. I would absolutely stay at one of his properties again and highly recommend him as a host.

An excellent place to rest with family or friends. It is fully equipped... the pool area is amazing and the layout of the house is very well thought out.

My family had a wonderful stay at Casa Baru. Juan was very responsive. We had a few issues and everything was taken care quickly and efficiently. The rooms were huge and well taken care of. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool after a long day of excursions. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was simply wonderful. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest without worries. The pool was definitely one of our favorite places to share as a family, while the private bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare our meals. The parking is very convenient, and we really appreciate that they accept pets, since it made it possible for the whole family, including our four-legged friend, to enjoy the vacation. Playa Hermosa is a beautiful place, and this house was the perfect complement to creating unforgettable memories. We took home moments of great joy, rest and family togetherness. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This property has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, all in a peaceful, secluded location. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from the main strip, and taxis or Ubers are typically around $10 if you don't have a personal driver. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and provides all the amenities needed to feel at home. One of the standout features is the charcoal grill located next to the pool, making it the perfect setup for entertaining family and friends.

Juan was amazing from check-in to check-out. Response times were very quick and was always helpful. The place was also exactly as described and was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.

Where do I even begin? Casa Baru was a perfect home away from home. Juan was friendly & responsive - gave great directions and met us to show us around. His home is pristine with wonderful amenities. Juan gave local recommendations and we would recommend this home and this area to anyone. Our family of 5 truly enjoyed every minute.

Juan was an incredible host. Very responsive & helpful. The Airbnb is perfectly located next time restaurants & nightlife. The space is private & perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends or family.
