The apartment is as shown in the photos and the location is excellent. However, there are a few details that could improve. The listing does not mention that the apartments' beach club is out of service; instead, access is offered to the pools of one of the Mayan Palace hotels and its private beach. This was a bit inconvenient for us, as they are far apart and you need to use the hotel carts to get around. The apartment does not have air conditioning in the living room, dining room or kitchen, which made family life difficult on very hot days. The bathrooms do not include soap or shampoo, do not have adequate space to place personal items inside the showers, and require some maintenance. The living room has stains from use. The experience was very good, but with attention to these details, it could be excellent.

We were two families with children, and we were very happy and comfortable. The entire apartment is very well equipped, clean, tidy. Highly recommended for going as a family, since the pool is very close and having the option of the Mayan beach club is a bonus that we took full advantage of. Thanks for your attention, and we will definitely be back.

The place is nice and spacious but it's neglected and dirty. Poor cleaning. We found a cockroach after they had cleaned. We had to figure out from the start how to turn on a switch for hot water. The hand soap dispenser was broken and there wasn't much hand soap. There were dirty dishes and glasses. They didn't leave the correct number of towels from the beginning and we had to wait a day to get them. It offered access to the clubhouse (tennis courts) and they did not have access. Santiago took a while to respond. I don't know if I would go back to that apartment.

I chose this place because it had good reviews regarding cleanliness, but that was not the case. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00, but we arrived at 4:30 and the cleaning hadn't been done. The cleaning lady was arriving at that moment. There were 3 cockroaches, there was trash from food wrappers. The lady removed them, but there was a lot of dirt under the furniture, which was not removed. I asked her to clean the microwave because there were also food scraps, as well as in the refrigerator. The cleaning lady was very nice, but it's not a clean apartment. The sheets were dirty too. Dirty pots and cupboards, as well as the dishes. The apartment needs maintenance. It's in a good location, but the doors are neglected and broken, which doesn't match the photos. Santiago did not solve the problem we had from the beginning with the air conditioning that did not work in the living room and kitchen area. They just told me they were going to fix it. No one ever came, and they didn't respond anymore.

The location was very good, access to the beach club was very good. The only thing is that the cleanliness of the place was mediocre. The bathroom drain was clogged, as was the shower drain. The air conditioning in the living area never worked, and they didn't fix it for us

Beautiful Airbnb and an excellent experience overall. The place is very nice, access was easy, the security and reception staff were very friendly, and the pools were super relaxing. The club bonus and beach access made the stay even better. Santiago also quickly resolved a problem I had with the club at the beginning. The only thing was that after the second day, I no longer received a response from the host. The photos show a gym, and it was one of the reasons I chose this Airbnb, but at the front desk they told me that access was blocked for that apartment and I needed help from the host, although I didn't get a response. It didn't ruin the stay, but it did change some plans. Still, I would definitely go back without any hesitation. I would only recommend reviewing any details from day one.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The property is in excellent condition, impeccably clean and with attention to detail that really makes a difference. The spaces are comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. The pools are really beautiful, very well maintained and with an extremely quiet atmosphere. They convey a lot of peace and allow you to enjoy and relax completely. The location is also excellent, and the whole place has a very pleasant and exclusive atmosphere. The host was extremely attentive, professional, and always willing to help throughout the stay. Definitely a first-class experience that we would highly recommend and to which we would gladly return.
