Terri was nothing short of amazing and one of the most attentive hosts I’ve ever stayed with. From massages & quesadillas upon arrival to bringing us shampoo and conditioner when we really needed it, it was the extra touches that made the visit extraordinary. They also had fantastic suggestions for activities and set us up with drivers that were always on time. The house is not a far walk to the Pedregal beach as well! Highly recommend and will definitely come back to stay.

Incredible experience, absolutely recommend

Very big spacious home. The view, especially the sunset is incredible, some of the best sunsets we've ever seen! The pool and hot tub and terrace area are perfect for a big group to hang out and have a good time and relax. The beach is just a 10 min walk away and it's beautiful (just know you can't swim in it because of rip currents and such, but a very nice place to hang out if you don't mind a bit of a walk up the hill back to the house) A couple recommendations if you stay here: 1. It's big and spacious but there are lots of sharp edges, so if you have little kids just be cautious, we had a little 1 year old baby who did great just had to keep a close eye on her as she crawled / walked around. 2. Uber and Uber Eats works very well. Don't worry about getting too many groceries, you can get uber eats to deliver almost anything within an hour for $1-3 USD, if we went back again, we'd have just bought some snacks and breakfast foods at Costco and then ordered more food, so many good restaurants to choose from! When you use Uber, just be sure to call ahead to the security gate to let them know they are coming and it makes the process much smoother. Uber was almost always less than $5 USD to most any place downtown and even only $10 to some beaches a bit further away. Overall a great place, in a wonderful, safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend it.

The property was incredible. Photos do not do justice. It’s way bigger than the pictures show. Has many views of the beach all over the Pedregal subdivision. Sunsets were just beyond belief. My family and I just wanted to spend a quiet and relaxing time and that’s exactly what we got. All entrances had security, special entrance made us feel really safe. Plus everything was so close! So doing groceries, getting anything was 5 minutes away. All big names for clubs, restaurants, the shore, ALL is 5 minutes away but far away that you really don’t get bothered by them if you want to just listen to the waves. An awesome plus from those of us who come from outside the country, it had really fast internet and helped keep everyone connected. The pool and the view was just breathtaking. Not exaggerating it reminded us of a version of Santorini with all the houses on a hill. Gorgeous. The property manager and concierge made our trip smooth, since they arrange a covid test to be done at the property so we didn’t have to worry about looking for available appointments. Andrea also gave us so many restaurant recommendations that made our planning stress free. They also offered a pre-stocking fee and activities if desired. Unfortunately we didn’t know that ahead of time and had reserved it on our own. But will take advantage for next time :) Between Terri and Andrea, they provided me with all the info to get there and ensure my family and I had a wonderful time. And we did! I really loved it and hope to come back very soon. Highly recommend!

Had the best time at Sol y Luna! Location was prime and the communication with Terri and Andrea was A+. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch as well as the private chef add-on! The house layout was perfect for our group.

We LOVED our stay at Sol y Luna. The house is gorgeous, view is amazing, pool is lovely and it just an overall great feel. Such awesome communication from Terri prior to and during the stay. The complimentary welcome margaritas and chips & salsa made us feel loved from the start! I would highly recommend having Terri set up your transport to and from the airport for ease and stress-relief. They can also get your COVID tests sorted if that’s something you need. Overall this trip was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate my best friend and I’m so happy we found it.

Casa Sol y Luna was a beautiful, spacious, and elegant villa to stay in. Our group of 6 enjoyed it a lot and had no complaints. Terri and Andrea (concierge) were communicative and took care of us, from scheduling our covid tests to suggesting options for restaurants and nightlife. The location is great as well, a 10 min taxi ride or 30 min walk downhill to downtown/marina. Pedregal felt very safe with security guards checking each car entering and leaving the gate entrance. One tip: get a copy of the map of Pedregal with the property location marked on it in advance. The exact location is not listed in Google maps and it can be confusing to find it the first time or direct ubers to get to the villa (we would tell them to go to the 'Pedregal Real Estate' pin location near the villa).
