Esta espaciosa casita de concepto abierto cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños, y está ubicada a 250 metros de la playa. Incluye todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda en Costa Rica, para que pueda concentrarse en relajarse y aplicarse suficiente protector solar.
Cada casita tiene un patio delantero privado con:
- Una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas
- Una hamaca para relajarse por la tarde
- Vistas a la piscina compartida y a los jardines paisajísticos
- Una parrilla de gas
Las casitas son tranquilas, están rodeadas de hermosos jardines y comparten una piscina que rara vez se siente llena.
Ubicada entre el estuario y el océano, la propiedad ofrece oportunidades para observar la fauna local, incluyendo aves, iguanas, monos y más.
La casita incluye muebles empotrados con cojines cómodos, aunque es posible que pase la mayor parte del tiempo en el patio o en la amplia piscina compartida, que también está disponible para las otras cinco casitas. El jardín ha sido cuidadosamente diseñado para preservar su privacidad.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a estacionamiento fuera de la calle con espacio suficiente para todos. En la zona se ofrece seguridad nocturna para brindar protección adicional contra robos.

Great spot in the peaceful Palm Beach Estates neighborhood! The air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms, not through the entire house. The common areas could get quite warm during the day, especially when cooking in the kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was great as a home base for our trip!

It was a great vacation and exactly what I was looking for. Quiet setting with the shared pool, well equipped house within walkable distance of the beach and restaurants. The kids were pretty excited to see some monkeys in the trees and a big iguana kept us company at the pool. Super relaxing.

This was our second stay in Playa Grande at one of Shawna’s properties and again, it was great. Just as described, house had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Pool was a bonus during those hot afternoons. 5 ish minute walk to the beach, or very short drive with plenty of free parking if you are carrying surfboards etc. Shawna is super responsive and helpful!

Great spot 8 mins walk from the beach! Quiet area with a nice little pool for the surrounding condos and a well kept pretty garden that provides privacy. Shawna was super helpful on our arrival and it's easy to find the place with her detailed instructions. The kitchen has everything you'd need!

We loved our stay at the casita. It was comfortable, squeaky clean, and peaceful. Shawna is an incredible host. Friendly and responds quickly. She helped us coordinate a sunset sail and it was a highlight of the trip for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool on the hot days and the front patio to enjoy the sounds and sights while sipping our morning coffee. It is walkable to the beach, restaurants and surf shops in Palm Beach Estates. We highly recommend booking this place!

Location was perfect for us. Second trip to PBE so we already knew a lot about the area. The casitas are well laid out with lots of well established foliage to provide privacy. The community pool was shaded in the afternoon which was ideal. It was really fun to meet the other guests in the other casitas. My only regret is that I’m not still there!!

A quiet getaway for my family and I. The casita is spacious, with a large living room and big bedrooms. My husband and I stayed with our 16-month old and found it pretty baby friendly (maybe compared to other places we stayed in CR). The bed was quite comfortable; we slept great! We loved being able to walk right out to the pool to cool off and watch all the birds in the garden. Another plus is that it's walking distance to a few restaurants, the market, and the beach, and we took advantage of that! Overall, it was a great place to stay.
