There’s lots of better spots to stay in Gran Pacifica. Pay slightly more for significantly better quality.

The house is a large, comfortable house. The air conditioning works well. The upstairs room does not have air conditioning (but this is described in the listing), so it would be very good if they put in another fan (pedestal) in addition to the ceiling fan that is already there. It should be noted that I requested a fan and they gladly provided it. From there, everything was great. Carolina, the co-host, helped us when we asked. The A/C is now working very well.

The host was very friendly. The air conditioning in the master bedroom doesn't work properly, and the single beds need to be replaced with a better mattress. In the kitchen, the stovetops didn't have enough heat, and the refrigerator didn't work. They said they would send someone to fix it, but no one came. Communication was very smooth, but the amenities need to be updated; the beach is spectacular.

Our host was fantastic — very responsive and genuinely helpful. She quickly found a solution when we had a concern, and thanks to her efforts we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We really appreciated her flexibility and support.
