The Space

Relax in our luxury one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, newly built in 2024, located in Azul del Mar. Enjoy scenic views from the backyard patio overlooking a creek, trees, and abundant wildlife. The condo features extra-large patio doors that open to a private 300 square foot patio backing onto the golf course and creek. The partially covered patio offers a peaceful setting to observe colorful scarlet macaws, howler monkeys, iguanas, white-tailed deer, hummingbirds, and various other birds.

The 700 square foot condo is fully furnished to provide a comfortable home away from home. The bedroom includes a queen bed with high-quality linens, a closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional full bathroom with a hairdryer. Each bathroom is stocked with large towels, hand towels, face cloths, and quick-dry beach towels.

The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, wine glasses, a water jug, and cutlery. Appliances include a drip coffee maker, kettle, Ninja blender, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, stove-top, and a 36-inch fridge/freezer with an ice maker and cold water dispenser. The dining table seats six.

Guests have access to a community pool exclusive to Azul del Mar residents, featuring washrooms, outdoor showers, tables, chairs, and a covered second floor. Pool floaties are available in the laundry room.

Location

The condo is situated in the gated community of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club on the Nicoya Peninsula, Puntarenas. This sought-after community is surrounded by lush vegetation and mountain views. It boasts over 7 kilometers of private beach with calm waves, ideal for swimming and relaxation. The beach is less than a 1-kilometer walk from the condo and offers spectacular sunrises.

Los Delfines is located in one of the world’s five Blue Zones, known for the longevity of its residents. The community is approximately 20 minutes from Cobano Airport.

A small convenience store is located just across the street from the condos. Larger grocery stores are available in Cobano and Paquera. On weekends, vendors sell fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, baked goods, yogurts, smoothies, local honey, and crafts at the community gates. Weekly deliveries of bakery items, fresh seafood, and meats are also offered. The local fish market is in the fishing village on the other side of Tambor.

• Beach restaurant "The Rancho" is located on the beach, offering food, drinks, dancing, and karaoke.
• Many nearby restaurants offer delivery services.

Check-In and Important Information

Check-in is contactless with a code sent prior to arrival. Guests must provide valid identification (passport or Costa Rican ID) at booking and upon arrival at the front gate for security verification.

Rules and Notes

• Maximum occupancy: 2 persons
• No pets or children allowed
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM daily
• No parties permitted on the property
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and on the property
• Garbage must be disposed of in containers located on both sides of the condo complex
• Recycling bins are near the pool area
• Do not leave food outside to avoid attracting animals
• The TV is a smart TV without national channels; guests can stream their own subscriptions
• DVD player and movies available
• Occasional interruptions in water, electricity, or internet may occur due to local infrastructure

Supplies Provided

A limited starter pack is included with basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, sponge/dish rag, hand soap, trash bags, and cleaning products. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay.

Additional Information

A detailed "Welcome Booklet" is provided upon booking, containing information about local activities, restaurants, transportation, and community guidelines. A printed copy is also available in the condo.
