El espacio
El patio cuenta con:

Podrás relajarte y disfrutar de la fabulosa vista a la marina. Ya sea al amanecer, al atardecer o viendo llegar los barcos, la vista no decepciona.
La cocina está equipada con:

- Barra para desayunar
Además, hay un mini refrigerador adicional en el área común, a pocos pasos de la cocina.
La sala está abierta a la cocina y es perfecta para ver televisión o simplemente descansar. Cuenta con:

- Bocina inalámbrica
En el área común hay dos cómodas mecedoras y un sofá grande que es un sofá cama tamaño queen. La sala y la cocina tienen controles independientes de aire acondicionado ubicados en la cocina.
También hay un amplio escritorio/área de trabajo para quienes necesiten llevar su laptop y trabajar de forma remota.

Casa Catita está ubicada de manera céntrica y a poca distancia a pie de los restaurantes, bares y principales atracciones de Los Cabos. Las compras son convenientes, ya sea en los mercados mexicanos locales o en el centro comercial Puerto Paraíso.
Tours, excursiones, pesca y cualquier otra actividad que desees realizar estarán al alcance de tu mano. Caminando por la marina encontrarás muchos vendedores ofreciendo excursiones, pero te recomendamos consultar con nuestro administrador de la propiedad, quien estará encantado de ayudarte con consejos, recomendaciones y reservaciones para casi cualquier actividad que quieras hacer.

I had the privilege of staying at Augusto’s condo this past weekend ! The Condo was perfect ! It’s in the middle of all the bars & Clubs. We were less than a 6 min walk to La Vaquita. I would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking when I’m back in town !

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Augusto's condo right on the Marina! The condo is spacious and could easily accommodate 2 couples. The outstanding ammenity is the large balcony that overlooks the marina. The interior is nicely decorated with comfortable surroundings, good couch and 2 rocking recliners. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics. There is a filter for drinkable water. We were provided with a few bottles of water and beer in the fridge which was a nice touch. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but if you don't enjoy a soft mattress that may be an issue. The bathrooms were a nice size and the showers had a rain shower head. The check in was a bit of an issue just being able to find the right place to go. Be aware that there are 2 buildings with "Tesoro" on it and the condo is in the building of "Hotel Tesoro" on Google Maps. You'll need to work to find the condo as it's a bit of a maze with minimal signage. Super helpful and very responsive host though!

You can't beat the location! Directly on the Marina where you can watch the boats come and go all day from the massive terrace. We probably spent more time on the terrace than we did out on the town, lol. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the newly opened "The Place at Cabo". There were a few beers and waters stocked in the fridge when we got there which were very much appreciated after a long travel day! The unit is very clean, but there was a little bit of sewer smell in both bathrooms. Both beds are on the firm side so a little uncomfortable for me, but fine if you're used to a firm bed. A/C isn't the greatest since it's evaporative not refrigerant based cooling, but we stayed comfortable enough. The back bedroom was MUCH cooler than the front. Very fast wifi, except out on the terrace where it drops to a crawl. Usually not a big deal, but I was trying to work from the terrace and had to go inside. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

We only stayed two nights but it's definitely a WOW…!! The view of the marina is beautiful and the place is perfect. The terrace is very large and well laid out.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's all about location. You can walk anywhere to eat, shop and get exercise! The marina has had many great updates! I would definitely recommend!!

This place is amazing. It is spacious, has a beautiful view and very comfortable. There are many great restaurants within easy walking distance and lots of shopping options. The beds are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice.

He was very helpful on arrival. Friendly. The place was as described. Some people have commented about the air-conditioning, but we thought it was great. But the main reason you come here is the view the view the view. If you like Marinas and watching extensive boat traffic until well after dark, this is the place. And I will applaud the size of the balcony which is huge. And a great big umbrella when you need shade. And my wife appreciated the washer and dryer.
