Great place! Great location.

Beautiful home and great location! The pool was amazing, and it felt like our own private ocean front pool. We hung out on the beach in the loungers every day. Also, having La Zebra next door was ideal - we walked over every day for breakfast, then maybe a drink later. We also walked to all the best restaurants, and only took a taxi for farther ones. Great trip, and we’d stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Snow's beach house. It was a beautiful home and property. The staff were all helpful without being invasive. We particularly appreciated the on-site food stand since we visited during a slow period, and fewer options were available for restaurants. The pool was very clean although it was outside under trees, which we appreciated. The view was unbelievable. Our only issue, which is no fault of the home, was the high winds and large piles of seaweed that made the ocean inaccessible. We made it work with the pool and cenotes - just poor timing on our part. Thank you for a lovely stay.

First off and foremost just want to say the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Upon arrival the groundsmen helped us with all of our bags and carried them to our villa. When we entered this house It was beautiful, very spacious and open. Living room overlooks the ocean with a pool in front. All bedrooms were clean and spacious. Cleaning ladies cleaned the house everyday. You hardly knew they were there. Master bedroom overlooked the ocean. They had a nice little breakfast /lunch hut on the property where they make food and not expensive at all. This property is in walking distance to restraunts, shops and a gomart. You have local Cenotes in walking distance as well. This place is hands down in a prime spot. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back again. Also Snow the host is very responsive, accommodating and reasonable when renting out this place. Best regards Pike Family

Beautiful spot right in the beach with comfortable loungers and refreshing pool. The breakfast/taco shack on the property was so much better than it needed to be. Everything we had was so fresh and delicious. Javier is the best!!! Would not hesitate for a moment to book again. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the perfect stay.

This would be families 3rd stay with Snow and her team and it just keeps getting better every time. We typically rent a SUV for our trip but they recommended private transport which worked out perfect as we could not find great flights into Tulum and flew into Cancun this trip. Worked perfect both directions and the location of this property you can walk most anywhere. Where we needed rides the area now has an app called Idrive which we found better than Uber in the states and half the price of cab rides. The staff works hard keeping the beach clean and offers daily housekeeping which we used every other day. The on-site chef cooks great breakfast and lunch and is very fast with reasonable pricing. Our flight back was challenged due to snow in Minnesota so we were able to add 2 days in the same home with a fast email at discounted pricing. They rearranged our transport back to the airport with ease and 2 more days came seamlessly for our trip. The team makes us feel like family.

This villa was perfection. You step right out to the beach, with a gorgeous pool just in front, and the on-site taco bar made lazy pool days effortless. It felt super private and serene, yet we could walk to amazing restaurants, bars, and clubs in minutes. The staff were wonderful — attentive but never intrusive — and every room felt like its own retreat. The main bedroom with the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was a dream. Our whole group loved it and we’d come back in a heartbeat! Also, checkout all the baby sea turtles hatching in the beach if it’s in season. So special.

My family and I spent a week in Tulum and had a truly wonderful time. The entire team—from the concierge to the housekeeper to the on-property café staff—was exceptional: organized, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The home itself is thoughtfully set up for comfort and ease. Having a pool just steps from the ocean was an incredible bonus, and the daily cleaning service (including laundry help) made everything effortless. The location is also ideal—less than a 10-minute walk to restaurants, with plenty to do nearby. This is a great property for a family or for three couples traveling together. We’d happily stay here again.
