REUNIONES: Sabemos que viene a Cabo San Lucas para disfrutar, pero por respeto a los demás inquilinos y vecinos, esta propiedad tiene una estricta política de “No Fiestas”.

HORARIO DE SILENCIO: De 10 p.m. a 8 a.m. Los huéspedes son responsables del comportamiento de todas las personas en su unidad.

FUMAR: No está permitido fumar en las habitaciones. Se aplicará una multa mínima de $250 USD si se determina que se fumó en la habitación durante su estancia.

DECORACIÓN: Entendemos que hay celebraciones especiales y desea decorar las paredes; por favor, use cinta adhesiva azul que no dañe las paredes y retire la decoración antes de su salida sin dañar la pintura. En caso de daño, se cobrará $100 USD por pared. ¡Consúltenos sobre el servicio adicional de decoración que podemos ofrecerle!

Amazing and clean stay with just a short walk into downtown Cabo. Bring your running shoes as is up on the hill. An easy Uber or cab to the beach & other places. Marco was very responsive and helpful!

This place was stunning, but the noise levels were awful. Why is this every single night and honestly every single hour of the day it sounded like sewage or water was moving through the pipes in the ceiling and the walls. On top of that noise at every single hour of the day, it was construction and banging. I stayed here last year around the exact same time of year in a different unit and it wasn’t as noisy? Everything besides the noise levels were OK, but me, nor my guests could get sleep due to the loud noises. on top of the noise, the AC units were clearly broken and I was told that Maintenance may or may not be coming to enter our room to fix it. It never got fixed and we would wake up throughout every hour of the night in sweat. Beautiful condo. Great security at the front gate. Awful noise.

This is a great location in Cabo. Nice amenities, safe, clean, new. The hot tub does not turn on until 5pm, that’s kind of a bummer. Everything else is excellent though.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during his birthday trip. We had an amazing time, beautiful place , wonderful scenery, we were able to walk downtown to the Marina very quickly made it so much easier to get around. Definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful on the inside and the view is stunning. Very close to town either by walking or car, so it was convenient! The amenities were also great, we loved the gym and coffee bar. Great communication as well from Marco and Yolanda. Thank you!!

Marcos apartment was extremely modern and clean. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper provided which meant a shop midway/top up was not required. The location of the property is extremely good, being walkable to the marina. Amenities on site were amazing with a fire-pit, infinity pool and heated jacuzzi. The onsite staff at the restaurant and 24/7 security were also very helpful Highly recommended

For me, 4 things are the most important. -You can get a good night's sleep. -The furniture in good condition and clean. -The location of everything is great. - Good communication when I ask for something important and that I am informed in advance if there are changes to the surroundings of the house even if it is not the fault of the owner. - That the place is worth what I pay. For me, all these details were missing. The bureaus of the main recamara is very damaged. The beds are very hard, though were new mattresses, very hard. Marco sent you a text asking if you could call me because I wanted to ask you something IMPORTANT and you answered that you were at a meeting but never kindly called me. I understand that you are not the owner but it is still complimentary to call back when the tenant asks for your communication. I don't think you would be in meeting for days without being able to return my request in the end. I travel the world a lot, and the truth is not worth it. I'm moving to somewhere else
