Excellent stay in Tamarindo! It was just my husband and I but it would be a great place for a bigger group since it has 3 beds 2.5 baths. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had everything you could need to cook! It was our second time in Tamarindo and it was slightly further than our last visit, and there is a huge hill to walk up. I would recommend renting a golf cart, or be prepared for a workout everytime you leave and come back! But, it’s totally doable and still close enough to get around in downtown Tamarindo. Melissa was so great and helpful and responsive as well!

We had a wonderful stay here. Very walkable area. Melissa was very flexible with our check in time as we arrived early. Our group of 5 had a lot of room in this condo. The pool is great!

Perfect! The accommodation is very well located, it is possible to walk to the city and also to the beach. It was also very nice and very clean! The air conditioning throughout the accommodation was also great in the heat of Costa Rica. Nothing negative to say, we had a wonderful time, I definitely recommend it!

The Airbnb was super comfortable, it had everything you need (although it would be nice to add complimentary salt, sugar and oil. I told Melissa and she'll tell the owner) Melissa is super friendly and responsive, I asked her for a clothesline for towels or clothes and she immediately gave me a solution. The amenities are great, comfortable rooms, super clean bathrooms, the shower is spectacular. It's a bit far from downtown Tamarindo, but you can still get there in 5 minutes by car.

this place is super cute. pool was great, location is ok, not really a place to walk to the beach, you can it just takes some effort. i would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Tamarindo! The complex is safe and quiet and we loved the pool. The apartment was comfortable. There are quite a few steps up to the apartment but nothing outrageous - my sister was able to handle the steps even though she has some mobility challenges. But you may want to consider this when booking. The walk to town is quick (10-15min) and we did it frequently. There is a decent sized hill to walk back up and my sister did not walk back and forth but it was easy enough to drive down to town when needed. We loved having provided pool towels and the washer and dryer on site. We would stay again if in the area.

Fabulous experience in Tamarindo, the Opal was fantastic, walking distance to downtown. Met my expectations and would highly recommend this listing. Thank you Melissa, my family and I enjoyed the pool and our stay in the condo!
