Nuestro hogar es un impresionante condominio frente al mar. Vivimos en un pequeño edificio de 34 unidades ubicado en Costa Azul. Este alquiler no está destinado para fiestas ni grupos grandes. Muchas unidades pertenecen a propietarios que viven todo el año y disfrutan de la tranquilidad que ofrece un condominio boutique pequeño.
El personal de seguridad hará cumplir las horas de silencio. Estamos a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto, cerca del centro y en una playa accesible a pie.

El espacio
Nuestro condominio tiene 3 años de antigüedad y está completamente amueblado con muebles personalizados de alta calidad. Este condominio bien equipado cuenta con:
- 3 habitaciones
- 2 baños
- Ubicación en el cuarto piso
- Elevador y escaleras
El patio ofrece vistas a la playa y a la piscina. La cocina está completamente equipada y se proporcionan toallas (incluidas las de piscina) y ropa de cama.
Servicios y alrededores
La propiedad cuenta con:
- Piscina
- Restaurante y bar ocasional
Si desea cocinar sus comidas, encontrará una cocina completa. Para salir, puede caminar por la playa hasta Zippers, un famoso restaurante de surf, o conducir 10 minutos hasta el centro histórico de San José del Cabo.
Acceso y seguridad
Le enviaremos un video con las instrucciones para acceder al condominio unos días antes de su llegada. Hay autos de alquiler disponibles, pero es recomendable reservarlos antes de su viaje. Contamos con seguridad las 24 horas, quienes le darán la bienvenida al llegar.

Incredible place. Very well located in the beach area, suitable for swimming and surfing. A very comfortable apartment with parking and security. It was worth it.

Donald was very responsive and proactive with helping me with my last minute reservations. The entire complex is beautiful and Donald’s condo is spotless, welcoming, comfortable, with perfect views of the pool, beach, and surfing! The poolside bar and restaurant was a wonderful addition with great food and the best staff! We highly recommended Donald’s place and can’t wait to return soon!

Donald’s condominium is very conveniently located on Costa Azul Beach & well appointed with modern appliances and large screen TVs. Perfect for a vacationing couple. Spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez with direct access to the swimmable beach. In the poolside palapa, Alex makes a fantastic breakfast with smoothies & cappuccinos to go. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This was one f the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. We have been to many in the US and Europe and none compare to the cleanliness and location of this one. We went from eating breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the pool and beach, to a quick trip downstairs to layout at the pool and play in the ocean. The bar at the pool is great and recently opened an outdoor restaurant which was extremely convenient and the food was very good. We Uber’d everywhere and never had any issues. We are already dreaming of our next vacation and will 100 percent book this location if it’s available!

Our stay at Donalds was great. I loved being right on the beach and cooking with a view of the waves rolling in. His team was very responsive if we needed anything, they even set up masseuses to come to our room, which was great! I am looking forward to coming back.
