Some upgrading required. I had to get Airbnb help after she insisted washer worked, despite clear photis of a lowleak in a crack. It was our main target for this home and we checked anout washer, stressed the importance and after we we're met with ambivalence.

We are 4 Argentinians exploring Costa Rica and its charms. The place is highly recommended and close to key locations in Uvita. We found it very pleasant during the days we were there, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner is a 10 out of 10—super attentive.

Beautiful little house, spacious for 2, with a small garden. We saw parrots, 2 macaws and amazona diadema, a good hundred I would say. Close to Uvita beach. Yessenia allowed us to arrive a little earlier, she is very nice, friendly and available. I recommend it 👍😉

The cabin was clean, but the bed had an unpleasant smell. Parking was open and lacked any security. While these issues were manageable, the checkout experience was not. We were preparing to leave just 10 minutes before the checkout time when the host unexpectedly entered the cabin, invading our space. This was extremely intrusive and left me feeling very uncomfortable.
