to sum it all up, absolutely everything was clear and accurate 👌 heck if I was able to I'd buy that place to live in😆,but yeah everything was perfect, the staff (Excellent beyond what I'd expected), but I didn't realized they had their café there that was the best unexpectedly surprised of them all oh and I can't forget about the hosts because not only were they the perfect hosts they were also easy to talk to,they were very attentive/responsive jezzz this was by far from Excellent or perfect. to anyone who wants a quiet or peaceful stay or is looking to go for honeymoon then this place is a 100% must I mean it! I even didn't wanted to leave either 😭.

Our family group had a wonderful stay at Britany's lovely oasis! It is directly on the beach with fantastic views from the huge 2nd floor balcony...full size frig/freezer and water tank which were amazing and definitely appreciated by our group! We spent an afternoon next door at the pool/beach and enjoyed delicious fish tacos and woodfire pizzas. So easy to get to everything in Placencia village - walked everywhere. We were there for just 2 nights and check in/out couldn't have been more seamless and efficient. Thanks so much Britany! Hope to stay with you again in the future!

Fabulous location, the pool bar and restaurant was fun and live music a bonus. Apartment was very comfortable. WiFi a little inconsistent. Overall however a really great place!

We stumbled upon this beachfront hotel quite by chance, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The owner went above and beyond—arranging a sunset dinner, recommending hidden local spots, and surprising us with fresh treats in our room. The location is absolutely stunning. We woke to the sound of waves and stepped directly onto pristine sand. The on-site restaurants were exceptional, showcasing fresh local ingredients with real creativity. What sets this place apart is the genuine hospitality. You can tell the owner truly loves what they do and takes pride in creating memorable experiences. The property has that rare combination of charm, comfort, and thoughtful touches that make you feel like you’ve discovered somewhere special. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful escape with world-class service, you’ve found it. We’re already planning our return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Absolutely gorgeous beach front view! Comfortable and roomy flat, great for a group of 5 people. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Beaches and Cream coffee shop in front of the place is a great place to spend every morning! Thank you for a great week!

The location can't be beat, wake up to the sunrise over the Caribbean, walk like 100' to the coffee shop for an egg sandwich and a latte. Everything is in walking distance, everything feels so safe, everyone is so nice. You can throw a rock from the balcony into the ocean. There are paddle boards and kayaks to use. Can't say enough about the location, it's awesome.

Great place to stay. It is in a great location right along the sidewalk so you can walk most anyplace you want to go. Britany was very responsive and helpful with our stay.

Great room, very responsive host. Beautiful setting. Placencia is a unique town, worth a visit. Suggest checking the forecast for sargasso seaweed for the area. Thanks Britany!

Britany was a great host and we found the location to be perfect for our family. You could stay within 100’ and have a coffee shop, restaurant and the beach. The space felt extremely safe and everyone was friendly. It was so easy to walk around the village and its location makes for easy pickup/dropoff for any tour and boat ride. The interior was nice and had everything we needed. They even brought a grill to the front porch for us to cook our catch. We will be back.
