“EL PALMAR”

Excelente estancia en Cozumel. El departamento está impecable, muy bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días increíbles en familia. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalleñ. Paulina fue súper atenta y siempre estuvo disponibles para cualquier duda, haciendo todo el proceso muy fácil y agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaría y que recomiendo totalmente.

WONDERFUL! The property was amazing, we had everything we needed, and the housekeeper was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. There was lots of space, and lots of chairs. Housekeeping came in every other day and changed out the trash cans and did the floors etc. Great experience. Will book again.

Clean, modern 4 bedroom condo in a great location. Paulina was very easy to work with. We will come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at El Pamal XL Luxury Condo in Cozumel! The condo is beautiful—spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views were lovely, and the overall feel of the unit was truly “luxury.” The amenities were great as well. The pool area was clean and inviting and quickly became a favorite spot to unwind. The fitness center was fine and convenient for getting in a quick workout while away from home. Communication was excellent throughout our stay - really couldn’t be any better. Paulina was extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating, which made everything feel easy and well managed. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working during our stay. While unfortunate, it didn’t overshadow an otherwise wonderful experience, and Paulina was very attentive and helpful in addressing

The condo is located a small distance south of the restaurants and Central Plaza. A rental car would have been ideal. But cabs are fairly easy to catch. This section of the island does not have sandy beaches, but you can find some good snorkeling. We enjoyed visiting beach resorts for the day to get our sand fix. Otherwise we took a boat tour to snorkel or hung out by the pool. The condo is very spacious! We were greeted by the housekeeper Ireland. And although she didn’t speak English we were able to use Google Translate to communicate our needs for the week. We had one small issue with condensation from an a/c unit and Pauline was quick to respond and Ireland came and helped clean things up. Pauline had recommended a private chef & Chef Anthony did not disappoint! He made us an amazing birthday meal in the condo and did all of the clean up. We will be back to stay with Pauline!

Increíble mi estancia! Volvería sin duda. Pau todo el tiempo súper atenta inclusive antes de rentar el apartamento. Además, muuuy flexible con los horarios. La señora Irlanda, quien nos ayudó con la limpieza es lindisima y cocina muuuuy rico! La comunicación con ambas siempre fue muy fluida. Lo recomiendo bastante, está en una zona tranquila, con una gran vista y céntrico. Es un departamento muy amplio, bonito y acogedor! Mejor que en las fotos!! Si están pensando en hospedarse aquí, háganlo! Es una muy buena opción. Muchas gracias Pau por recibirnos!!! Esperamos volver muy pronto

Excelente lugar! Desde que abres la puerta del lugar es encantador, la terraza y el espacio son inigualables.
