The Space
Villa Dalia is a beautiful five-bedroom villa situated in Playacar 1, the most prestigious neighborhood in Playa del Carmen. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and provides daily cleaning service. It benefits from 24-hour security and is conveniently positioned near both the beach and downtown.
Bedrooms
Villa Dalia has five bedrooms distributed over two floors:

- Room 1: Two full beds

- Room 3 (Junior Suite): Two king beds, small kitchenette, and a cozy living room
- Room 4: Two full beds
- Room 5: Two full beds
All bedrooms come with air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms, except for the junior suite (Room 3), which does not have an en-suite bathroom.

The main floor hosts a large, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare meals comfortably, including:

Important Information
- Only the confirmed number of guests will be permitted to enter the property. If additional guests arrive at check-in or are found on the premises during the stay, the property reserves the right to deny access or require guests to leave without any refund.
- The villa does not provide a washing machine or dryer for guest use. However, a complimentary and efficient laundry service is available on-site and included in your stay.
- The property owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, theft, or other incidents affecting guests or their belongings inside or outside the villa during the stay. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for these risks.

Big house, just as described and showed in the pictures. It is close to the main attractions in Playa, but still in a very nice and calm neighborhood. The pool was also very nice and the maintenance team was the best.

We liked it very much. It's a good space for a large family. We also really liked the pool. The service and housekeeping. It's a quiet area. After 10 PM, please keep noise down. Very nice, very secure.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just steps from the ocean with beautiful views and easy beach access. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being close to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun!

This is a great place in a gated community in Playa Del Carmen. The pool and balcony were relaxing places to hang out with family. The entire home is air-conditioned which helped to get out of the heat. If you stay here, don’t over pack; save suitcase space for souvenirs. Josh has someone come in everyday for housekeeping and laundry service which was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Nice place to stay with a big family, the pool was excellent for the kids. Walkable distance to the 5th avenue and center of Playa del Carmen. If you go to Playa del Carmen in the months of June, July and August, be aware there is so much Zargazo at the nearest beach from the house, that is not nice the smell and the ocean. Other months must be beautiful there, at the beach nearby.

We had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the effort put into maintaining it. The location was convenient, and the home had what we needed for our visit. A few improvements could make the experience even better. The second floor would benefit from having a small refrigerator for added convenience. The curtains did not provide much privacy or light blocking, which made the rooms less comfortable. Also, while the cleaning staff was friendly and hardworking, they spent a significant amount of time in the common areas, which sometimes made it difficult to feel completely private during our stay. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend the property to others looking for a comfortable place to stay.
