Nuestro retiro boutique familiar está ubicado en el corazón de Playa Avellanas, a solo cinco minutos a pie del surf y de los restaurantes locales. Nuestras villas, recientemente terminadas, fueron diseñadas cuidadosamente para preservar la flora y fauna circundante, ofreciendo a cada villa un fondo único de bosque con jardín privado y piscina personal.
La experiencia
Disfrute del encanto de nuestra villa nueva con aire acondicionado completo, que cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños. Uno de los dormitorios es flexible, con la opción de una cama king size o dos camas individuales para su comodidad. Además, la sala incluye un sofá cama para alojar a un huésped adicional si lo desea. Podemos proporcionar cuna y silla alta bajo petición.
Nuestro compromiso con la vida interior-exterior se refleja en toda la villa. Cada dormitorio y la sala con cocina cuentan con puertas corredizas de vidrio de pared a pared, que permiten conectarse con el entorno natural.

Our stay at Kaya Villas was wonderful overall, and we would definitely come back. The villa was a little difficult to find at first because of ongoing construction, but our host was incredibly kind and patient. They quickly sent us another location pin and made sure we found the property without any issues. As soon as you walk into the villa, you're greeted with a beautiful, minimalist design that immediately feels relaxing. The location is fantastic, with coffee shops nearby, the beach just a five-minute walk away, and Lola's Beachfront Restaurant became one of our favorite spots. Our kids absolutely loved it. A few things to keep in mind: because you're surrounded by nature, we did have quite a few ants inside the villa throughout our stay, as well as a few spiders. One morning, it looked like either a raccoon or another animal had left a mess near the pool, which attracted even more ants. If you're not used to staying in a tropical environment, this is something to be aware of.

Beautiful, clean and private spot for our family. We were very comfortable and the hosts were very nice and responsive. Really loved the tall glass sliding doors that provided a nice view of the trees and pool.

This was my second time staying at Kaya Villas. I brought my 20-year-old surfer son this time because I knew he'd love it. He enjoyed all the local,, challenging surf spots. Being able to walk to multiple delicious restaurants is a huge plus. Hosts are friendly, accommodating and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay @ Kaya Villas. The host were very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations. The air b n b was perfect for our 2 year old. The location is very central to the small downtown and it is a short walk to the beach.

We love staying at Kaya Villas. This was our second time there and can't wait to go back next year! Andre and Gabriella are wonderful hosts that are super attentive and helpful with suggestions s on activities to do.

A wonderful place in a fantastic location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. Honestly don’t think the location could be better. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable.
