The house is very nice. It has a good location, since in 5 minutes by car you are in the heart of Puerto Viejo. It is also beautiful, with very modern decor. It also has everything you need in terms of kitchen accessories, bathroom, etc., to have a very pleasant stay. On the downside, I would say that we were caught in the rainy season and the house was not prepared for it, since the entire outdoor area of the gardens was flooded. The situation was so serious that they suggested we change accommodations, which we appreciated. Some maintenance people also came in without notice, but well, otherwise it was outstanding.

Zinni’s house was just beautiful. A few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive into Puerto viejo. The house is wonderfully decorated, comfortable sofas, great shower and we loved the pool. I would highly recommend.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with any items you needed in addition to beach items, and games. We loved the pool and playing Jenga. Good location and close to beaches. The host is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. Thank you for a wonderful stay Zinni 😎

This property is gorgeous, very private, and one block to the beach. There are many restaurants and other beaches within a short car ride away. If you like birdwatching, birds were everywhere around the home. It was fascinating to watch the birds and butterflies throughout the day. The private pool made our visit that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this home.

What a beautiful house! Surrounded by a beautiful, intimate garden. The common areas have a high ceiling, the upper portion of which is open (with mosquito net), and it is a pleasure to hear the sound of the birds in the garden while being inside. Everything is clean, well decorated and the house was perfectly located to visit the area in my opinion, in addition to being literally a 2-3 minute walk from Playa Negra beach. We had a pleasant stay at Casa Kali.

This is a beautiful home —- a glass house with a privacy provided by a belt of trees around the house and within a secure fence and gate. The house itself is modern with everything you’ll need *except a washer and dryer. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and air conditioned. The main part of the house is “open air” but all with screens to avoid bugs. The pool and deck are small but nice for cooling off from the heat. The large shower was a favorite feature — it fell as though it were outside with all the light. The house is within walking distance to the beach and Banana Azul hotel (great for services). I highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing for me, my girlfriend, and her family… everything was as expected from descriptions and Zinni was always responsive when i had any questions… definitely would stay again and recommend others to do the same
