Our Fourth trip to San Miguel. The location was ideal. However the outside does not match the inside in that the outside is so beautiful you are disappointed when you get in. Older furnishings that need updating. Spa is old, cover was falling apart in my hands and spa did not work until the night we left (they finally got it working). Dirty laundry in the washer and dryer. No instructions anywhere. No pen or paper like most hotels or rentals would have. AC did not work in the back room, no ventilation and very stuffy. The buttons have been removed from the AC remote control. Hot water took a very long time and the bathtub water doesn’t come on. I’d pass on this unit.

We absolutely loved this place! The location and views couldn’t have been better. It was easy to walk everywhere in San Miguel, and we found ourselves walking through the park (steps away) every single day. The home was perfect for our stay - spacious but comfortable. If you’re traveling with a group and want plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together, this is an excellent choice.

This was a stunning location and home. Not recommended for kids or people with mobility issues as there is ALOT of stone stairs to climb. Also, it was extremely noisy as there is only a glass door on the entrance, which is on the ground floor where 2 of the 4 bedrooms are located. The noise of the cars passing by at all hours of the night was difficult to sleep through. We had to run a fan for background noise to try to block it out. Besides those things the household staff were lovely and the location directly across from the park was ideal.

My coworkers and I needed a comfortable space to meet while also exploring beautiful San Miguel de Allende. This property was beautiful, comfortable, peacefully located next to a wonderful park, and walkable to all necessities. The hosts were very communicative and professional. They are experienced and thoughtful hosts! Highly recommend this amazing space!

This is a beautiful home next to a beautiful park. Just a short walk to the main plaza and chapel. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in SMA. Great breakfast and massage options as well wish we could have stayed longer. The fireplaces didn’t work for us so if you want to turn them in make sure you get proper instructions prior. Overall a really great experience.

Such a beautiful home - looked exactly as described and fit 9 people very comfortably. Street noise could be loud at times, but everyone was still able to get a great nights sleep each night. Very walkable, never had to take a car to get anywhere. Wonderful place, would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and it was a great home base to play music, shoot photos, and walk to nice restaurants. Nice host, buena vibra esta casa. Definitely look forward to visiting again.
