Beautiful place, super clean and host very responsive. Close to everything, not necessarily walkable, but if you rent a golf cart or have a rental car, then everything is within 5 minutes.

Good communication, well organized, very attentive. The home was spectacular. We all want to go back again. There was a kids playground on the property, there were 3 really cool community pools on the property in addition to the one at the home. Amazing.

An unforgettable week — this house exceeded every expectation! Our group stayed at Casa Napoleon for a week and loved every minute. The house is brand new, immaculate, and even more beautiful than the photos — the open floor plan flows right out to the pool, and the ocean view over the bay never got old. Morning coffee on that terrace was a daily ritual. The location is perfect: five minutes to town for restaurants and groceries, and the Pacifico Beach Club access was a huge highlight — resort amenities with the privacy of a home. Having a private Chef Andre cook dinner at the house one night was another favorite, and it made a great base for excursions like Rincón de la Vieja and a catamaran day. Spotless, well-stocked, and responsive management. We're already talking about coming back. Five stars!

Beautiful home!!! It was 4 of us and more than enough space. Loved the view the most! There were a few issues we encountered but they fixed everything in a timely manner. I would definitely book here again!! Everyone was so nice and I love the gated community. We felt very safe.

The upstairs bedroom didn't have hot water for the shower, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time I used it. The mattress was uncomfortable and flat. The kitchen drain clogged and the hospitality team did come the next morning early to fix it, that was a highlight. I was hoping for more comfort.
