3BR Condo in Guatemala City

Our stay was not pleasant. The apartment is well located and has easy access, but we found several major problems. The mattress in the master bedroom is extremely hard and uncomfortable. In the second room, the mattress on the bottom bunk bed was worn out and sagging. **The apartment was extremely dirty** and on two different nights we found cockroaches running through the kitchen. In the master bathroom, the shower sprays water everywhere and the water leaks out of the shower area, wetting the rest of the bathroom. Also, **throughout our stay, we had no internet or television**. We informed the host, followed the instructions she gave us to try to restore the service, and let her know that the problem persisted. He told us he would report it, but it was never resolved. The good location does not compensate for the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities offered.

There are cockroaches 🪳 on the property. And they do nothing when I report the incident to them. They offer a washer, but it doesn't work, and they only clean it when you say you're very sorry for the inconvenience. If you're not paying attention, they tell you there's a mini bar and send you consumption rates 🆘❌ false advertising, saying they have a washer that doesn't work. They offer you fans and nothing else, which they take away due to lack of availability. That's what you get when you contact them. Very bad host ❌❌❌❌🆘🆘
