Villa Margarita es un lugar incomparable. El apartamento estilo bungalow se encuentra frente al mar, dentro de la propiedad de una familia local de Sámara que ha pertenecido a la familia durante muchos años. Es una de las pocas áreas con árboles en Playa Sámara. Las puertas de vidrio se abren hacia la playa, donde hay hamacas y sillas de descanso.
En el interior hay dos camas queen y un sofá cama plegable. Hay un armario con cajones para la ropa y otro mueble en el área del baño junto a la sala, en caso de que necesite espacio adicional para guardar sus pertenencias. Durante su estadía se proporcionarán toallas y sábanas de lujo.
La cocina incluye una estufa de gas de 4 quemadores, horno, refrigeradora, fregadero, escurridor de platos, cafetera y gabinetes con utensilios y equipo de cocina. Hay un pequeño espacio para sentarse en el interior, o puede comer afuera mientras disfruta de la relajante brisa marina.

Ubicación y acceso
Villa Margarita se encuentra en el vecindario de Matapalo, a solo 10-15 minutos caminando por la playa desde el centro de Sámara. Se llega a este alojamiento desde una carretera principal; las indicaciones se proporcionan al momento de reservar.
Si desea tomar clases de surf, infórmenos al hacer la reserva para que podamos programar al instructor con anticipación. Como huésped, obtiene un 10% de descuento en las clases de surf y uso gratuito de las tablas de boogie.
Villa Margarita es un ambiente saludable, libre de humo y drogas. No se permitirá fumar ningún tipo de producto, sin excepción.

We had an amazing 5 nights in Samara. Marita is a lovely and friendly host. The beach here is very walkable and swimable. Easy 10 min walk to Sámara for restaurants and groceries. The place was very relaxing and we enjoyed the locals coming and going. Would definitely recommend and do a return visit.

We liked the place very much!!! It is located right on the beach. There were two bodyboards for the kids, and the neighbors are all very nice!!! Everything was very lovingly done, and we had a few wonderful and relaxing days. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk along the beach to the center. We would come back anytime!!!

The location of this Airbnb was amazing! Beachfront access and walking distance into Sámara. The space inside an out was exactly as described and observed in pictures. On sight support was great to have and she was so accommodating and wonderful to spend time with.

Great beachfront accommodations with beautiful views of the bay! I will say that if you are looking for a quiet and private stay, this may not be for you, as the guest house is in an active neighborhood. There is a public path to the beach right next to the house that many locals use to access the shore. Throughout the day, you’ll see kids playing, families eating at the tables along the beach, and fishermen moving equipment to and from their boats. At night, you’ll hear the peaceful sounds of the sea, but you’ll also hear whatever falls from the tree above onto the metal roof. If you’re coming from a noisy city, this won't bother you at all, but if you’re a light sleeper or expecting total peace and quiet, I’d recommend bringing earplugs or a sound machine (to be fair, this is obviously out of the host’s control). Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay here! The town of Sámara has everything you could want, and the walk to and from town along the beach is lovely.

Beautiful place for walking on the beach at low tide. Restaurants and small shops can be accessed via the beach (15-20 minute walk).

We had a great 3-day stay as a family at this property. We enjoyed the direct beach access very much and loved having a coffee right on the beach in the morning. Positive . Right on the beach The landlady provided a box of toys especially for our son. The landlady is very fond of children. . Beach super clean Local residents are super friendly when you meet them on the beach. . 15 min via the beach to Samara Clean and lots of towels Hammock, table and loungers right in front of the apartment . Great air conditioning Negative / possibly negative . The accommodation is not completely private because the family still lives on the premises Water may be turned off for some time (but this seems to be normal in the region). Nothing is brand new, but the price-performance ratio is right and everything was clean. The refrigerator could be a nuisance because it's a bit louder. At night, you can definitely hear nature, trees, falling fruit, etc., but it didn't really bother us.

Thank you Heather for allowing us stay at your place. Marta was such a helpful host. The location is beatiful. Sitting on the beach for breakfadt was perfect. An easy walk along the beach into the main resort, but far enough away to have peacexand quiet. Luna was vey good at staying out of our room after she had introduced herself at check-in 🐕
